Everytime I have stopped the food has always been hot and fresh.
I arrived at the KFC in Frisco, Colorado at 9:07 p.m. The posted hours clearly said they close at 10 p.m. I was on a long trip with a friend, tired and just looking to sit down and have dinner before continuing. I politely asked if I could eat inside for a bit and was told yes. I ordered food, spent $57, sat down and then the same person came back and told me the manager said I couldn’t stay, that it was takeout only. I was kicked out, with a very dismissive attitude, despite having already paid.
I understand staff want to go home, but business hours should be respected, and so should customers. The service was cold, careless, and unprofessional. For such a big brand like KFC, this was incredibly disappointing. My friends and I left with a bad taste literally and emotionally. I won’t be returning to this location.
I ordered a 12-piece crispy bucket and they only gave me 8 original pieces.
This was the worst KFC I have ever eaten at. The staff was rude, the food was nasty. If you put together all 4 chicken tenders it might have made one normal tender. They were hard and cold. The fries were cold and greasy. Definitely won’t be back! Worst road trip stop for sure!!
I'll give this KFC 3 stars because I asked with no pickles and they gave me plenty of them then I had to take the pickles by hand but they were still good then when I sat down it was very sticky I had to go to a other seat
Delish - gotta have some KFC now and then.
I've gotten delivery here about 5 times and every time it's above my expectations.
I order on doordash and THEY DIDN'T GIME ME MY CHICKEN. When I called for a refund I was treated like I was stupid and was not able to escalate the issue. This restaurant stole my money. Buyers beware.
Unethical practice
I love KFC, but at this location staff was super rude and unclear when I asked about a $5 special that I saw online, instead of just answering how to pickup an online order, or explaining they don’t offer the discount they just rudely and loudly said NO. A different staff filled the online order inside. A week later and they no longer offer online ordering due to their pettiness 💀

I love KFC chicken so this was a disappointment... the chicken has been sitting for a while and you can tell, the dark meat was as dry as the white meat,, the gravy for the mash potatoes was watery beyond belief, wasn't even gravy,,, it was gravy flavored water,,, GROSSSSS,,,, the frys where stale, I mean like they tasted like 2 day off frys.... I do not think ll be eating at that KFC again... all in all,,,,, it should be illegal what they served to me... never again

It is the holidays I understand the long weight and running out of items. But please don't try to charge full price when you're only going to give half a meal.

Drive thru went smoothly!
Only problem was in the drive thru they only accepted cash and if you wanted to use your card you had to go inside..... I'm like what the!
Drive thru attendant was nice.
