This place is simply incredible. Brooke, former 10 year server at the original Log Cabin brick and mortar, now owner/chef of the current location across the street, is SUPER friendly and makes you feel like you're actually sitting down at a full service restaurant. She was very busy, and still took my order and made the food unbelievably fast. I ALWAYS get Biscuits and Gravy as my breakfast order, so I tried Brookies B&G bites, which were deliciously light and fluffy with plenty of spicy sausage, and the Early Bird Chicken Waffle on A Stick with siracha maple syrup, which was soooo good. Definitely recommend checking this out!

I can’t say enough good things about this food truck — not just because I love the owner (which I absolutely do), but because the food speaks for itself. Every burrito is a masterpiece: fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and that perfect balance of comfort food meets gourmet.
You can taste the love and intention in every bite. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or treating yourself to something delicious after a long day, this truck never disappoints. The portions are generous, the vibes are always welcoming, and the menu? Let’s just say I have a hard time choosing because everything is THAT good!!!!!

Super cute place with a unique menu. We ordered a breakfast burrito and a chicken waffle kabob. Both were good and the kabob was fun. Perhaps a little pricey, but happy to support small businesses like that.
