Delicious burritos! Just be prepared to wait on a busy holiday weekend. We have had this burrito truck multiple times and it’s usually pretty fast!
Brooke and her crew always provide excellent customer service and tasty food! She gets here super early to prep and make her homemade salsa to get ready for the day. The food is made fresh when ordered so there can sometimes be a bit of a wait when theres a line of orders, especially on weekends or holidays. That being said, the longest I've waited is 30 min on a holiday weekend and it is worth the wait every time. The burritos are massive and delicious. A sit down breakfast place would take way longer just to get a seat. Locals can get a punch card too! :) If you want fast food on a holiday weekend in a tourist town, go to McDonald's. If you want decently quick quality breakfast, come to the log cabin cafe burrito truck! It's nice to have a piece of log cabin here still! Pro tip: get the maple Sriracha for your burrito!

I shared the cinna crunch waffle with a few people just to try. Wow it was amazing. We had just eaten breakfast so didn’t want too much, just a bite. I wish we had gotten another one. We would have gone up and ordered more but it took over 20 minutes to get the first one…which is the only reason I knocked a ⭐️ off the rating. I really want to try their burrito next time!

Veggie burrito can be made vegan if u remove the egg & cheese for the same price. Would be nice if they threw in guac or beans or rice just to add a bit more for ya. Either way I appreciate a vegan option

IAM so thrilled I was led to Log CabIN Breakfast Burritos!! What an INcredible culinary experience!! I came across this Gem searchIN for breakfast spots IN Frisco. I ordered the bacon breakfast burrito and my partner had the veggie. Both were so delicious!! Full figured and FULL of flavor!! All the INgredients were evenly distributed which is a huge plus when INjoyIN a burrito! No hot sauce needed! After devourIN the burrito I made my 2nd best decision of the mornIN, the 1st beIN to stop there IN the first place. I went back to order the waffle on a stick so I could have it fresh! WOW!! Literally the BEST waffle I've ever had IN my life!! Light, fluffy, topped with the perfect amount of syrup and served along side homemade whipped cream! It was the Chef's Kiss!! So much so, I had to go back and get another!! Brooke helped me celebrate my birthday and left a lastIN impression on my heart with her delicious food, service and kINdness!! This place is a MUST DO if you're any where close to Frisco!! A TRUE GEM!!!

Got the bacon breakfast burrito. I didn’t think these were large by any means. The filling was mostly dry potatoes and unmelted cheese. The only “salsa” I noticed was a stray piece of tomato or onion. For $15 after tax and tip I was pretty disappointed with the burrito. Can’t speak to the waffles.
