I would have given a 5 a year ago. They have cut back on portion size. Enchiladas have little to no filling. Chips are different. Hard and fat and more cheap. Used be crispy and thin like home made. Basket size of chips and salsa are smaller. When you ask for a refill you get the evil eye. Beers are expensive even at happy hour compared to other mex restaurants. I used to love this place but it's not the same.
We were a party of 15; ate here for dinner. Pricey for what you get. My husband said his burrito was delicious - I believe he got the Colorado burrito! I ordered the quesabirria. Unfortunately, it didn’t have much flavor, the consume was rather thick. Which isn’t my favorite. My kids ordered their quesadillas with beans and rice. Both kids didn’t care for their quesadillas and the rice didn’t have much flavor either.
Great service, outstanding food and drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. The mushroom quesadilla melts in your mouth and my fish dish, which had a poblano pepper sauce, was excellent. Bonus was that we had more than enough and took home lunch for the next day. Strong suggestion-get the house margarita. Best one I've had in recent memory.
