Ollie’s Pub & Grub in Frisco, Colorado is exactly the kind of local spot you hope to find after a day in the mountains. The bar is cozy and welcoming, with a laid-back vibe that makes it easy to settle in and feel like a regular, even on your first visit. It’s warm, unpretentious, and full of character—the perfect setting for good food and great conversation. The staff at Ollie’s truly sets the tone. They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around, creating an atmosphere that feels personal and relaxed. Service is fast without feeling rushed, and the team is always happy to offer recommendations or chat about what’s on tap. It’s the kind of place where the people behind the bar make the experience just as memorable as the food. The local beer selection is excellent, featuring a well-curated lineup of Colorado favorites that pair perfectly with the menu. Whether you’re in the mood for something light and refreshing or a bold, flavorful brew, there’s something for everyone. And then there’s the food—especially the fried pickles and chicken wings. Simply put, they are the best we’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy, flavorful, and addictive, they alone are worth the visit. Ollie’s Pub & Grub is a Frisco favorite we’ll happily return to every time we’re in town.

Service and foots were terrible. Fries burnt. Servers sad 7 words to us. They definitely didn’t want to be there on 12/26. Messed up order. Just absolutely terrible experience. Go anywhere else in frisco.

We got the elk burger and the club burger (I think) and they were both good, not a ton of flavor though. We also got the honey bbq wings and they were actually really good! We give the wings 5 stars!

My wife and I stopped in for a couple of drinks while on vacation, leaving the younger kids with our teenagers. They had my favorite—cider beer with a shot of Fireball—which was awesome. The bar service was great, and while we didn’t order any food ourselves, everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked really good. The atmosphere was solid too—relaxed, fun, and welcoming.
We were a little unsure at first about bringing our kids here since it’s a pub, but after visiting, we feel totally comfortable saying kids would be just fine here for dinner. Overall, a great stop and we’d definitely come back!

My wife and I came here on a weekend getaway from Denver and we chose Ollie’s because our dog’s name is Oliver. I noticed on the menu that they were awarded best wings in Summit County. My wife and I split a burger and of course we had to get the wings. We also had the giant pretzel for an appetizer. We got the wings naked with a variety of dipping sauces and I will admit that these were hands-down some of the best wings I’ve ever had. Very crispy and still juicy. The burger was very good. You can tell that the beef was fresh. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Frisco.
