Disappointing Experience Despite High Hopes

I was really excited to try this restaurant with my family—but unfortunately, the experience fell flat. When you hear "Korean" in a dish, you expect bold, flavorful, and maybe even spicy food. That wasn’t the case with the Korean Zoodle Bowl. The flavors were bland and underwhelming.

My son’s burger and my wife’s Brussels sprouts with sauce were also a letdown—neither dish met their expectations. Like mine, their meals lacked the flavor and quality we had hoped for.

What made it worse was the service. I considered sending my dish back, but the front-of-house staff seemed so indifferent that I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up. They were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to basic guest needs. For example, my iced tea sat empty the entire meal—no one offered a refill or even checked in.

To me, attentive drink service—alcoholic or not—is a basic expectation for a sit-down dinner. Feeling ignored set the tone, and we all ended up just tolerating the mediocre food.

For a $100 meal for three in a beautiful location with mountain views, I expected so much more. Sadly, both the food and the service were as flat as the flavors.

Great fresh food with gluten free options. Clean and elegant inside. Smart menu. Just wish they wouldn’t nickel and dime everything. 4% hidden charge for “fair wages” charges for each condiment and every substitution is an up charge. This is on top of 27 dollar burgers.

Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options

This place is a vegan paradise... I'm not one! 😅 and they have meat dishes and I had a delicious 😋 soup and a nice selection of drinks, both alcoholic and none. The service was slow. Maybe it was the vibe 🤔 but it's a nice stop.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly to families with young children

This place is a misnomer. Very poor ingredients. I had to take my steak home and recook it - never in a million years would I have thought it would taste better - That’s just how bad this place is. On top of that our waitress and manager on duty were customer service clowns. They took forever, forgot us, and then never apologized or offered anything. Really weird people. We didnt want to create a scene so we just left. Go elsewhere for your money. People that understand good food will not enjoy this place

We visited this place for the first time this weekend and I can confidently tell the world that this place serves some really high quality vegetarian meals that’s not just finger licking good but so uniquely flavoured. We had “made from scratch” veg burger that was so wholesome and the quinoa black bean patties were absolutely delicious. The summit stir fry bowl was so filling and tasty . We loved their buffalo cauliflower. This place truly is a must visit if you are in Frisco CO!! Highly highly recommend this place.

Waiter did not ask for drinks until also taking our order. Food arrived with rotten and moldy vegetables atop. Service was sub par at best.

Tasty, healthy options for everyone! We stopped here on a road trip and were delighted to find a healthy place to stop along the way. The burger and their quinoa salad were awesome!

Atmosphere great. Service so so. Had to ask for drinks instead of server asking us what we wanted to drink. Food very blah. Ordered the burger medium rare got well done and lettuce and tomatoe had mold on them. Manager did not even come over to apoligize.

Nice upscale eatery with clean food options. It’s a bit pricey but considering the area, one could expect that.

Honestly, I don’t know why this place doesn’t have 5 stars. Everything was really good and the food OMG!! Was excellent! EVERYTHING is very delicious! And the apple cider is addictive, soo good. Definitely, if you enjoy flavors and food but also you want to eat healthy and without too much fats, this is your place. ??

Clean, healthy, homemade food. Large patio seating area, not cramped at all. Matt was an amazing server. Helpful, personable, hilarious (got along almost too well with my husband lol) Would definitely recommend this place. Tip them fat.
