About a month ago I was followed through the dark parking lot by one of the Redmond Way Safeway employees, my privacy was violated as he took pictures of myself, my husband and our car. When I confronted him, he accused me of stealing. Even after I got out, and showed him my receipt, he still kept going, saying he didn't see me pay. He never apologized and walked away with the police still on his phone. I complained to corporate, they made a case and said they would send it to the store and I would hear from them. I went in once a week and even after leaving my name and phone number 4 times and talking to the store director Steven, I still got no call or follow-up or anything. I'm forced to conclude they agree with their employees harassing and violating their customers privacy. I do not feel safe shopping there, if I hadn't had my receipt I don't know what would have happened. It's a shame because it is right by my job and was the most convenient store to shop at. DO. BETTER
Has everything I was looking for basically a Vons
No customer service. Bought hundreds of dollars of groceries and the manager stood behind me doing nothing as my husband and I struggled to bag all the groceries. The groceries were also rung up wrong and I was thankful to catch it. Will not return.
Clean and well stocked store that isn't a Walmart. They also have ready meals that feed a family and that is a big plus if you don't want to cook after a day on the slopes. Prices are a little on the high side but it is a ski town so it is expected. Inflation is just hitting everybody everywhere unfortunately.FYI if you are not from Colorado, bring some bags with you or be willing to pay $.25 per paper bag. Colorado passed a law to ban single use plastic bags, so just be aware of it and prepare ahead of time.
I spend about 200$ to $300 a week here and will be switching to city market in Silverthorne. More than a couple of halfwit cucks working here.I had a door dash delivery from this store. After noticing it had taken much longer than expected I called DoorDash. They told me they needed to call Safeway, and that the reason my groceries hadn’t been picked up was due to the fact that safe way had not done their part on the order. In that is was never confirmed ready for pick up. Safe way did not answer her call after 5 minutes of her waiting. So I put her on hold and called. None of the ppl at safe way had any knowledge about how anything worked with DoorDash and were not willing and most likely not even able, to give me info and look into the problem which was on out end. Even the door dash call center representative seemed frustrated at the incompetence of the employee.I’ve been I’ll and in bed a while. I have not eaten in two days. Now I will not be eating today as Safeway employees are too incompetent. The manager doesn’t even speak clear English.
Very great selection of vegetables and fruit even in winter, great selection of groceries at good prices
They do not honor their physical sticker sales if they are not present online. Incredibly overpriced when things aren't on sale.
Recent renovations and deep cleaning have made it more pleasant to shop here. Their point rewards still aren't usable anywhere in the county.
It was clean and we found everything we needed
"Too busy" to open guest services for locals during normal hours of operation. "Busy" serving tourists.

Crowded and expensive. But they have what you need
Save yourselves a lot of aggravation and do not use this pharmacy. Customer service lacking is an understatement. Brenda did an amazing job and has been replaced by someone that should be back of house only. Overworked, no staff-no help from front end or corporate. A disservice to the community.
waiting by pharmacy for a pick up and theres a guy in front of employees with his mask pulled down eating chips. no ones asked him to put his mask back on or to stop eating in store. i thought masks were required in public in Colorado, when dis that stop?
There's a Redbox and Starbucks in here. You can basically get it all done in one spot. Perrrrrty great!
rush hour starts at 8pm on Friday nights
