I reserved for 37 family members for a reunion at Sauce and the manager and serving team did a great job! Even with a full restaurant they served us quickly and efficiently and EVERYONE enjoyed their meals from our 93 year old Aunt down to our 2.5 year old. Bravo Team!

We ate at Sauce on Copper last night! We have been going to Sauce on the Blue for years, and it is always great!!! The Copper location is beautiful!!!! It is large and it was packed!!!! Get a reservation so you can eat there!!!! The food was as great, we got food to share which was fun!!! The desserts were excellent!!!! Our waiter was attentive and even though it was busy we were treated well!! The cost was what you would expect, of a nice restaurant!!!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!
Parking: We have a place at Copper so we took the bus!!! There is the Copper Shuttle, you can walk and there is plenty of parking for dinner!!!!
Kid-friendliness: We have eaten at this restaurant so many times, but the last time was with our 6 and 8 year old grandchildren. We love this restaurant, the kids had pizza and shared the ravioli dish that was the special!!! They loved it!!! The food was excellent, the wait staff was friendly and helpful and made sure the kids food came out quickly. I have NEVER had a bad meal!! Ever!!! To compare anything at this restaurant to Costco food, is highly insulting.

Odd that my food is warm to the touch when it seemed to be the only order being made and I live 500ft away. Crazy pricing for not a lot of effort/food.

Emily provided perfect service. The restaurant was very busy and Emily gave us great suggestions. We had the spinach goat cheese salad and I have celiac so we ordered the gluten free pasta bolognese. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! We will be back, we loved the atmosphere and the menu was reasonably priced based on the quality and portion sizes. We look forward to returning.

On March 29, 2024 three of us had dinner at Sauce on Copper. My daughter had linguini and clams, and the following morning, she felt ill, and suffered severe abdominal pain and vomiting for several hours. I called the manager to alert him that she had food poisoning. He was agitated; he said he was stressed because that Saturday was the busiest day of the season. He did not seem concerned that a patron had food poisoning. He did take my name and number, said he would call, but after nearly a week, I have heard nothing. I also emailed a managing partner, but no response there either. My intention was to alert them that they have a serious food issue. My daughter was scheduled for surgery in Vail on April 1, so she and our family were placed in a very scary situation. I find it incredible that a restaurant would ignore such an issue. I have owned a home at Copper Mountain for 32 years, and was very pleased when this restaurant opened, however, no one in our family will be returning to eat there.

I wish mountain towns in summit county could produce better restaurants. There is certainly enough money for it, but unfortunately places like Sauce have learned they can charge big city prices without the quality. Don’t worry - there are endless numbers of new customers. No need to earn a reputation. The pizza was small and tasted suspiciously like digiorno frozen pizza. Fat Tony’s meatballs were unpleasant, and once someone identified them as tasting like wet cat food I could no longer shake the oddly accurate assessment. Service was nice and so was the atmosphere, as usual in this area. Stop in for a drink as the bar is nice.

VERY rude host. Yelled at our waiter across the dining room to seat us in the corner because he had reservations who needed to be in the dining room. We had a reservation that night. Our waiter, Noah was attentive and accommodating. Even offered to turn off the music playing throughout the dining hall since we were seated under a loud speaker.

We found Sauce in Yelp and sat at the bar for our meal. Great TVs for the March Madness games while also having a warm casually elegant decor. Wonderful windows and use of space. Katie and Jake were our bartenders and they were excellent. Friendly, attentive, and generous with me trying a couple samples of wine so I could make a good decision.
The food was excellent- we had trout with an amazing white wine sauce and a filet cooked perfect medium with fresh broccoli! In house made Tiramisu was light and balanced! We are back in copper twice this year and will come back!
