Sauce on Copper delivers some hits and some misses. The cheese bread? Absolutely stellar—crispy, buttery, cheesy perfection. The chicken Alfredo? Cold on arrival, and the sauce was surprisingly basic. Pizza was solid but could’ve used more sauce. The meat platter was reliable and satisfying. Service? Our water glasses went untouched. Verdict: Great starters and hearty mains, but inconsistent service and underwhelming sauces hold it back from being truly exceptional.

The food was delicious. The service was terrible, TERRIBLE!!!! Our waiter charged us for other people food and when we asked him to fix it he made excuses about it not being possible. This was after he was extremely inattentive. Such a disappointment for a dinner I was so excited about. :(

We enjoy the happy hour at Sauce and make sure to stop in every time we’re at Copper. The drinks are the best quality and delicious. And the food is great! Tonight we enjoyed crispy Brussels sprouts and a pizza. Yum!
