This was such a great dinner. We took our 2 year old and had a great meal. The pizza came out so quick and we all devoured it. We got a large and it was perfect to share between us three. The tieramisu was incredible. Made with wine and full of flavor. It was super rich and such a treat. 5/5 will be back again

The hostest is a business owners worst nightmare. She is not the person you want greeting your customers. If you are lucky enough to get by her you will enjoy your meal and service.

We called to find out if we needed a reservation and were told that we didn’t, seating was first come first served. When we entered the restaurant we saw several empty tables, but the arrogant and rude hostess informed us that everything was reserved. I can’t comment on the food, but the treatment we received was unacceptable and the communications to customers severely lacking. I will not return.

Great food, love coming here but service tonight was absolutely awful. Server was unresponsive waited over 10 minutes to take our order and was rude. We asked for the check and she just made eye contact with us and walked about.

We enjoyed Sawmill! Can’t remember the name, but the pizza with balsamic and fresh arugula was delicious! Our teens enjoyed the locals favorite (all meat pizza). Service was a little slow on the Sunday night we were here, but it was dinner and we didn’t mind the wait.

We had several different pizzas over multiple trips... they have been consistently fine, properly cooked, and good amount of toppings. Salads... decent price for the size, still a little overpriced for sure but see below on prices Price, the good... these are not cheap pizzas but, unlike most tourist / resort priced restaurants the food quality + quantity is decent. These $33 pizzas would be $24 in Denver/Boulder Price, what is not good... choose-your-own toppings pizzas are way overpriced. Thus I removed 1 star

Can't sit outside at the covered tables with heaters because the servers said it's too cold to work outside.Don't work at a ski resort if you don't like the weather, it's almost 40 degrees outside a Sunday at 3pm, not like it's 10 degrees.Skiers in all their gear don't want to sit inside

My recent visit to Sawmill Pizza & Taphouse left much to be desired. From the outset, our experience was marred by the waiter bringing us the wrong alcoholic drinks, a fundamental mistake that set the tone for the rest of the evening. Throughout the meal, our waiter failed to refill our waters, adding to the sense of neglect. Moreover, their lack of friendliness and failure to check on us after our food arrived meant we couldn’t enjoy our meal with the appropriate condiments. The atmosphere was lacking, failing to create an inviting dining experience. In particular, our waiter, Drew, seemed to lack the necessary personable touch that would have made our visit more enjoyable. Overall, it was deeply disappointing to have encountered such subpar service at what could have been a pleasant dining establishment.
Stopped here for pizza instead of waiting in traffic. The pizza was great! We had the Union peak and a pepperoni. Both were excellent. The service was great! Our server Von was awesome! Very nice attentive and a great personality! I have worked in the service industry for 30 years and I will say this guy is great. Don’t wait k in traffic on I70.. stop in here and grab a bite

Great pizza and salad! Got the family salad and 2 large pizzas for 5 adults, had enough for leftovers for dinner for 2 adults the next night! Bonus---this restaurant was in walking distance from our condo at Copper Mountain.

Came here twice on separate days. First time dine in. Generally a very good experience - pizzas were yummy and price was good. Second time went to the bar and ordered pizzas to go. The bartender was cold and didn't tell us our pizzas were ready. So we ended up waiting there for 45 min without knowing our pizzas had been sitting in the warmer for probably half an hour and getting soggy, and we were just sitting right in front of her! Wish I didn't leave any tips!!
