The sushi was awesome! We had a new waitress so the service wasn't great but overall it was a great experience

A very poor experience in every way. Not very busy but it took a long time for waitress to take our drink order let alone our food order. Drinks and food were very overpriced. Hard to believe, but they couldn't even serve a decent glass of diet coke. It was room temperature, almost no ice, and the taste was off too. My hamburger had a funny taste and the ramen was inedible. The broth tasted like dirty dishwater. I can't believe there are so many good reviews for this place. I recommend looking for anywhere else to eat in Frisco.

I came in with local friends and important colleagues. The food was great, but unfortunately, our server was pitiful. We were the largest table in her section, but she hardly attended to us. It was so embarrassing that I finally excused myself to find a manager. Tyler was great and did his best to make it right. That said, it was clear the server cared less about making it right and should have retired years ago; this was the worst service I can think of in years. Don’t go here unless you’re a small group and don’t mind poor service.

Tyler is on point with service. There was something wrong with one of our orders, he hooked us up to make up for it. Round of shots for the table and free desert. Brewed us a pot of coffee even tho it wasn't time for it. Food was fantastic to top it off. Try it out!
Such an amazing experience. Tyler is awesome and makes the experience everything. The food is absolutely worth it for the small town of Frisco! The sushi is 🤌🏻 chefs kiss. The fish is so good and brought in from some amazing places.

This was by far the worst meal I've ever, EVER had. We ordered the stir fried rice with shrimp and beef. By the second bite in I knew we'd made a gigantic and horrible mistake. It was the most disgusting pile of stuff you can imagine - it tasted like wet drywall. I like fried rice with but this pathetic mess was awful. And the tiny shrimp were about thumb nail size. The room was cheap & fast-food like - almost creepy. We should have pushed our plates away and refused to pay. The waitress didn't bat an eye when she saw we'd barely touched our “dinners” and didn't seem surprised that we refused a to-go box. DO NOT GO HERE. It might take days to get this awful taste out of my mouth. If this is average fare for Frisco, I see no need to ever go there again.

We were seated in the area with electric heaters. It was too warm. They turned them off to accommodate us. Believe we were seated there because of our large group. Food was good and service was good as well.
