We were there at happy hour and enjoyed a fabulous sushi and hamburger dinner with drinks for very little money. Servers are gracious.
Very good selection of food and everything tasted great. They have a very professional staff
We have eaten here for 10 years. There has been a significant dropoff in the quality of the food. The service was still acceptable.

The service leaves much to be desired, the waiters are not attentive to what one needs, we asked for a lighter to light a candle for a cake and it never arrived, we had to get up and ask for it directly to the kitchen because the waiter never returned, the quantities or the size of the sushi were very small

Food was great. An eclectic menu with lots of options. Our server was very nice and attentive.
The vegan offerings were excellent. We had the asparagus roll, cucumber avocado roll, seaweed salad, lettuce wraps, and a couple mocktails.
All were quite good - my two highlights were the seaweed salad and the lettuce wraps. I have not had a seaweed salad served on a bed of lettuce and, much to my surprise, it works! The lettuce wrap was different from other lettuce wraps I have had and were also quite tasty.
They also have a dog friendly patio with water for your pups.

Our dinner at Kemosabe last week was a delightful experience. Our server, Kaileen, gave us friendly, excellent service and was able to make suggestions about the menu. We both had the trout amandine which was delicious. We would go there again.
I would not recommend takeout. We did not get everything we ordered/paid for on top of the 14% togo service charge, coupled with a 4% togo service supply fee, and then regular tax and tip… the food we did get was ok at best and it wasn’t packaged to travel well. We did try calling several times in an attempt to get an adjustment on our bill for the missing food, but no answer on any of their lines and no option to leave a message. Overall a dissatisfying experience.

Don’t let their best seller burger item send you away. Their sushi is great and presented very well. Good prices, a nice happy hour menu, and we had a great server Matt.

Listen. Sushi joints are a dime a dozen, and quality varies. But hear me out on these guys.
It’s advertised as Asian/American fusion, in the heart of the mountains. Even when pretty busy, staff was attentive. The cocktails were on point, and we hit the happy hour spot on. But the standout entree of the day was the Hamachi Collar. Never had anything like it before. Group of four, mine was the center of the target. Stop by, relax (do not be in a hurry or you’ll miss what having a good meal in the summer months of a ski area has to offer), and indulge. See yall again.

The staff was attentive and helpful. We had sushi appetizers and it was fresh and delicious. The patio was open and we sat inside near the open doors. It was a wonderful summer meal.
