Deliciously healthy food. I was searching for sushi restaurants in this popped up. I had California rolls and seaweed salad, which were delicious. But there were so many fusion options available. This is not strictly Japanese. Everything was so fresh and beautifully prepared . 
The food was great! I mean, my wife and I make tire company quality food in our home, and we were apprehensive. It's hard to spend $$$ when you can make it better. Well, we were pleasantly surprised! The sushi, ramen, and sauces were spectacular! I added a "side" of chicken gravy and biscuits! Wow, that hit the spot on a nice cold night. And only $150 bucks for 3 of us! And we had a carafe of sake and an old-fashioned. Our server, Kaleen, was super. A 30-year mainstay...
Always great food and usually easier to get a table even in high season since they are so big. I love kayleen as a waitress she's very attentive and has been there forever so knows everything. Some of the wait staff are a little more Hit and Miss because they might be newer.
