Great food court place right on the end of the American Eagle ski lift. Went here for lunch since the crew was hungry. Wasn’t that much food there due to the USASA event which is perfectly fine. The food was delicious. Their baked sweets are good, chicken tenders and fries were mighty tasty! So was the soups the dad’s god.Overall, great place. We will return.Like always, always feels just a bit expensive.
They serve ramen here. But it is ramen like if you described the ingredients to someone in one word each and then asked them to produce it from the materials found in the average American kitchen. It boggles my mind how it even came to be. It's not bad, but it's not ramen.They also have plenty of normal options, executed normally.I deducted 1 star because the bathrooms are on a different floor than the food court. Please change in the new building.
I just love taking a ski break at Solitude Station at top of the Eagle Lift at Copper Mountain. Good seating, often with a view, plus an excellent, customer-service oriented staff including Haley who really makes you feel welcome there. I love the coffee and pastries plus a hot lunch is available too.
