Not gonna lie, Starbucks is an evil company. But this location... this location is the complete opposite of that! Extra friendly staff, coffee is great - the staff member at the window, Aaron, has always been amazingly friendly, upbeat, and just has a welcoming tone every time I've gone here (which is like... twice now haha).

Wish starbucks would treat their employees better, especially the one who deserve it!

Want a nice start to your morning? Go to this Starbucks! Aaron was the most pleasant person I’ve experienced at a drive-thru in a long time! Even wrote a nice note and drew some art on my sandwich bag🥰. The world needs more Aaron’s!

Extra great and interesting experience today.

I came in for a spot to sit and plug in to do some work. I realized all the spots near outlets were taken. Seeing this, the manager offered a seat at a large table in the middle with hidden outlets underneath.

Super nice guy, turned out to be the hiring manager named Aaron. I got to be a fly on the wall as he started onboarding a few new employees. He came across as being both personable and accessible.

He spent as much time in the official side of things as building a relationship and rapport with the new partners. He was clear and concise laying out expectations of them, and right out the gate pointed out other staff members they could seek out for help and guidance.

Store was clean and comfortable. Also, my first time trying the protein matcha and I hate that I’m a matcha person now.

30 minutes wait for 2 coffees at 10am on a Monday. Suuuuuper slow staff that seemed like they just did not care. Counted 9 folks working behind the counter. Been to countless Starbucks locations and this has to be quite possibly one of the worst.

Service at this location is abysmal. Walk in, ordered (couple of coffees and a sandwich). 20 minutes later we got our food, 10 more minutes for the coffee. 9 folks working behind the counters doing what exactly? Poor time management, order management and even when our coffees were put out no shout out for the names. Want a coffee? Go local, avoid this place at all costs.

Aaron was drive-thru attendant this morning and was by far the nicest employee I have ever encountered at Starbucks. He was incredibly patient with our orders and very personable - something that isn’t common with Starbucks now-a-days. He deserves a Christmas Bonus!!!

It took 30 minutes in the drive thru to get two lattes. There were at least 4 people working. The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Horrible.

Female barista with the straight orange blonde hair around 3:30pm was extremely rude to my wife. If someone wants to tell her that a drink order is not the same thing as a confrontation?

The staff and baristas were extremely welcoming with my somewhat confusing drink request. They communicated well between passing off the request from the register to the barista actually making the drink. Their attention to detail was spot on!

Took 35 minutes for our drinks to be made, they had 6 staff members working, the store was steady but not overly busy, the drive thru line wasn’t crazy, we ordered inside and waited over half an hour for 2 drinks.
