Took 35 minutes for our drinks to be made, they had 6 staff members working, the store was steady but not overly busy, the drive thru line wasn’t crazy, we ordered inside and waited over half an hour for 2 drinks.

I ordered from this location through the app. I had 3 drinks in the order 1 drink was perfect but the other 2 were missing the cold foam I paid for and both were grandes when I paid for one of them to be a venti. My coworkers whom I picked up for were so disappointed and I was embarrassed and upset as to not only have wasted my money, but to have delivered less than satisfactory drinks to the people I work with. Came here at 7 am with the whole family and ordered 4 drinks and 4 food items. Everything was made perfectly by the time we got to the window to pay. The employee we talked to was super thorough with our complicated order and it was waaay cheaper than we were used to paying back home. It cannot be understated how impressive it was that our order was done right away.

Awful unfriendly staff no sense of urgency or customer service. I had to pay for a drink I did t even get and had to walk away from because of how long they were taking
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at any Starbucks. I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving, expecting a quick pickup as usual. When I got there, the store was nearly empty—less than 5 customers inside no line —and 3 or 4 staff members behind the counter.
Despite this, no one would acknowledge me or give me a clear answer about how long my order would take. When I finally pressed, someone told me it would be another 15 minutes—25 minutes total for one single coffee. I explained that I had a flight to catch and asked if there was any way to expedite it. They literally just stared at me and walked away. No apology, no explanation, just complete disregard.
This level of indifference is completely unacceptable. If you’re short-staffed or backed up, just say so. But when your store is empty and you’re choosing to ignore customers who are clearly in a rush, that’s just lazy and disrespectful. I won’t be returning to this location—and if you value your time or basic human decency, I suggest you don’t either.
I had to leave without even getting the order I paid for.

I've been a Starbucks partner for 4 years and am currently on vacation here visiting from Atlanta with 3 of my friends who are also Starbucks partners. MJ took our order at the speaker box and entered both orders we placed incorrectly. We asked for one remade at the window (should have asked for both remade) and were met with a massive attitude and MJ going so far as to shut the window aggressively on us while we were trying to ask for straws. I'm never one for bad reviews and always lean towards grace with fast food workers, but I've worked for this company long enough as both a barista and supervisor to know this behavior is abysmal and completely inappropriate. This was a remarkably horrible experience and I would never allow the lack of skill and disgusting attitude in my drive thru back at home. Avoid this Starbucks and go to the one in Breckenridge.
