I've been a Starbucks partner for 4 years and am currently on vacation here visiting from Atlanta with 3 of my friends who are also Starbucks partners. MJ took our order at the speaker box and entered both orders we placed incorrectly. We asked for one remade at the window (should have asked for both remade) and were met with a massive attitude and MJ going so far as to shut the window aggressively on us while we were trying to ask for straws. I'm never one for bad reviews and always lean towards grace with fast food workers, but I've worked for this company long enough as both a barista and supervisor to know this behavior is abysmal and completely inappropriate. This was a remarkably horrible experience and I would never allow the lack of skill and disgusting attitude in my drive thru back at home. Avoid this Starbucks and go to the one in Breckenridge.

The drive thru is always a nightmare to go through, it’s super tight and the manager could care less to maintain it . It’s always super icy so if you have a low sedan expect to leave your bumper in the driveway and with significant damage due to the lack of maintenance.
Staff was so pleasant and efficient. Mickayla was cheerful and kind. A perfect experience for my last coffee of the year.

Place was so busy the staff closed and locked the doors so people couldn’t enter. Even locked out a customer waiting for food order which still didn’t come out after we had waited 20 minutes for our coffee order and they arrived before us. All this on a Monday morning. Not a great place to stop.
