One person working that clearly was new or not having any idea what was going on. 3 people in front of me and took 35 minutes to get a sandwich. Huge disappoint.

Places is terrible! Girl working there has no ambition or hustle. Just socializing with customers! I am waiting for order she does nothing to help bthat other guy get orders done. Bad customer service!!

I would give 0 starts but I can't. There was only one employee with an attitude, we asked to buy a side of cucumbers to put on nachos and he refuse to sell any to us even though we told him we wanted to buy a side of it. Disappointed

I had to say I wanted a foot long in white bread like 5 times because there was only 1 employee there and she didn't speak English. I asked for tuna and she gave me ham instead. I didn't notice because the window was blocked and I couldn't see her making my sandwich. Even if she didn't speak English, I don't understand how you can mistake tuna with ham...the soda machine had no ice and the beverages were warm as hell, it sucked. Probably the worst Subway I've ever been to. I don't know how you can have employees who don't speak English in the US. It's crazy and annoying. I also don't understand how you can expect people to drink a warm soda on a hot day.

Has a very run down feeling to it. The employees had attitudes. They were out of refrigerated bottled drinks and did not have turkey nor any of the foot long treats like the cookie, pretzel or churro. Very disappointed

Store was filthy. I could tell the soda machine counter hadn’t been cleaned in a long long time. I almost didn’t want to order. We stood for a very long time to even get someone to help us. One of the girls had her elbows on the cutting board which is a no no. I used to run a sandwich shop myself and I would have had a fit if I saw my store looking the way that this one did. Then I was eating my sandwich and kept choking on something and ended up pulling out a long piece of black hair. No one in my family has black hair. So gross I couldn’t eat it. I hate leaving bad reviews, but hopefully someone in management can get that store back on track.

They don't speak English and won't answer you if you have a question. We put in an online order and wouldn't help us to let us know if the order was there. Definitely won't come back here again.
