I asked for a flavored mnt dew they gave me regular I ordered 10 piece nugget and they gave me 5 also just to get home to see I paid for ranch and did not get a ranch. We live 20mins away we don’t plan to go back for it! This was just by far the most disappointing order I’ve gotten for a place we love.

My order was stolen and when my DoorDash driver got to the store they refused to remake my order

I placed an order through the drive-thru and specifically asked for sauces. However, when I reached home, I discovered that they had not added any sauces to my order. I had to eat my entire order without sauces!

Dirty bathrooms, dirty lobby, dirty soda machine had mold, workers dont speak English so they make you order from a kiosk my issue is if your doing half the work then normal why not clean the place??
