40 min for three burgers that still are not here, and the place one has one table occupied
Avoid if you have any plans for the next day that are non-refundable. Four of us ate food from the restaurant, two of us came down with mild food poisoning. We determined that the common factor was salad. It definitely wasn't altitude sickness since my husband never has gotten altitude sickness in 30 years and he had been skiing for the last 2 days. We tried getting a refund for our ski passes the next day to no avail. The food was decent in taste, the drinks meh. Our time eating there was interrupted by a smoke alarm which evacuated the restaurant and we learned that it happens often. I wouldn't bother with a negative review if the manager showed some concern (he did say both salads used romaine) and if the resort would've credited a pass fee (we spent quite a bit already on the trip)
I dunno, maybe it's because it is getting late in the season, or maybe they just don't have it anymore, but feels like this place has slowly declined over the years. (easiest way to tell the quality of a place at the base of a ski area is to look at what places are busy and which aren't...) The only thing that hasn't declined are the prices... 2 beers 1 pretzel and 1 cup of soup was $50 with tip?? I get it, everything costs more, and I would be willing to pay it, but the waiter literally going to lay his head down on a back table, only waking long enough to see if our stuff was ok, was the icing on the cake. I rarely go to center village due to long lifts lines and such, but if I do make it back, it won't to here... Best of luck
Hot honey wings are delicious! Best wings I’ve had in Colorado. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Good food, good service, great atmosphere. Beer was cold!
Our server Monica gave an awesome recommendation that was the best meal of the day. The Brie burger was amazing. My son had a burger as well and she filled his whip cream up twice. Sometimes it the small things that make him happy. 😁. We look forward to going again tomorrow and will request Monica as our server. Great job Monica and staff at Ten Mile!
My group of three each ordered the signature TMT hamburger. We received burgers with lettuce, tomato, and nothing else, on untoasted ciabatta rolls instead of buns. We were informed by the server who brought our food that they were “out of some ingredients” and our orders would be discounted. Our server charged us full price. Additionally, we had to ask for silverware and pour our own water. Very disappointed, do not recommend.
Highly recommend this over some of the other dining options directly off the mountain. We had great service, were happy with the menu, and found the prices to be decent. The beer selection was solid, but what really made the experience stand out was the attention from our server, Justin—he was excellent! We’ll definitely be back.
Did not have a record of our reservation, said they don't do reservations. Luckily it was pretty empty on a Thursday night so didn't matter. Food was good.
Horrible!!!! The girl at the front over booked the place. So, our waitress decided it was her job to take care of it. Hero of sorts. She was on the phone cancelling people pretty much the whole time after we ordered our food and drink. Our drinks sat at the bar for 20 minutes. We finally asked another server if we could just go up and get them ourselves. We did. Food came, but late (understandable it was New Years Eve) But, it was not our waitress that brought the food. Other servers were trying to help her out but we would have to wave our hands to get their attention for anything...like condiments or maybe another drink perhaps. We were trying to stay optomistic and happy since it was our New Years Eve celebration, but it really was a drag. Our waitress in between calls would rush by us and her other tables and say, " You're Ok". Not even stopping. Not asking are you Ok.? But, say, you are Ok. WOW!!! Then she approached us and told us and her other tables that we had to leave because our hour and half was up. ?????? We barely had finished our meal. The food was fair... a little cold. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Restaurantji Recommends
Service was good and friendly ALL of the food came out cold. Place was nearly empty. They brought chicken wings out two minutes after we ordered. Cold Brought main dishes out two minutes after we ordered - beyond cold. Don't recommend this place - they're going through the motions at best. Nice friendly servers - but that's about it
Best tomato bisque I've ever had.

We have gone to this restaurant a hand full of times and for the most part everything was good up until our last visit this last Sunday Aug 25th. First of all I ordered an Arnold palmer and my server Jacqueline brought out a lemonade! I mean come on! How do screw that up??? Then my group of 6 and I all ordered food and ended up waiting almost 45 minutes for it! Not to mention that there was only a few other tables that had people sitting at them so clearly it was NOT busy and also it looked like the cooks where sitting at another table just chilling there all hanging out with eachother. Very unprofessional!! Then when we FINALLY got our food, my boyfriend and I shared a hamburger and it literally tasted like it was days old and the French fries were clearly not fresh either! They were cold and extremely chewy! When we asked our server about it all she could do was offer us some new fries and then she rudely said "I don't know about the hamburger but I literally just watched them put it on the grill" and walked away and rolled her eyes! Then when we got our checks she couldn't even offer us a discount on anything on our food! Worst service ever!!! I will never come back here and I hope our server gets fired for her incompetence and attitude!! This is really inexcusable!!!

Honestly skip this place. Very overpriced for rubbery burger meat, and 45 minute wait in an empty restaurant. The waiter Jacq-o-lantern messed up our drinks, and food, brought us table water in an empty restaurant 30 minutes after seating us. Told us fries were meant to be rubbery unless 1-2 minutes out and served… just speaks about the quality of food. Seriously pretty horrible quality and experience especially over the past couple years of downgrade.

I really wanted to like this place. The sign said wait to be seated, so I waited. Some random guys at the bar saw I was getting frustrated and assured me they would help soon. Meanwhile, I'm standing among half-dozen staff who did nothing to help me. Finally, I just sat down myself. I waited more than 5 minutes and was about to get up. Then a server finally came over. He acted more annoyed that I was there than happy to serve. The asian couple across from me had it even worse. The food was OK but nothing special. I honestly wanted to enjoy this place since it was my last big meal before hiking the trail.
