The pork ramen noodles were so soft, and the soup was tasteless. But the vibe of the lodge was good, and it's a really chill place to hang out during a ski/snowboard trip!
The ramen is pretty mid, but good ambiance
This was a great place to get a break or to eat something here. Get their crispy French fries as a quick entree with a refreshing Starry and you should be good to go afterwards. There is plenty of food around, seating, a decent sized bar with a good selection of drinks, and the atmosphere was lovely. Worth a stop for a break or to eat lunch!
A brand new state of the art ski lodge. Stop by and warm up to a hot beverage on a cold day, or a cold beer on a sunny day.
Great, delicious lunch near the tops of Copper Mountain. Staff was generous with sides and the food was wonderful. Made a day of the activities nearby.
Why has Copper Mountain remodeled Solitude Station?
There is not enough seating in this new cafeteria. I guess they are trying to push people upstairs to the sit down restaurant. The bar area is painfully small and not reserved for just bar patrons. Lots of open space with no purpose. Shame on you Copper Mountain!
Food is okay. Service is fair.
The food at Aerie was easily the best lodge food I've ever had. Prices are lodge prices, but the quality is wayyyyy better. I had a hot chicken sandwich and got the pork ramen. The ramen looked and tasted gourmet (and I've lived in areas with great ramen), and the sandwich was tasty and came with some perfectly crispy fries. I honestly can't wait to come back.
Me and my hubby had the best time at Aerie Lodge yesterday. Super conveniently located on the mountain so it’s easy to stop in. We started with the French onion artichoke dip which was served with bread for dipping. Fantastic!! I had the drunken noodles with chicken and hubby had the Venison and omg the venison was so good. Mine was exceptional as well but that bread pudding with the venison, chef’s kiss! Will be eating here again for a nice meal while out skiing ? ❤️
I invited two out of town guests to join me for the charcuterie. I enjoyed it one month ago- I received the menu items. Yesterday, it didn’t reflect the menu and the waitress said the chef reserved the right to change it up. Note the menu “pickles and jellies, artisanal cheeses” etc. Received 3 artisanal cheeses (and a 1/4 cup dump of small crumbled blue cheese (salad version) for a $29 finger food. No jelly! I’m a local and a regular. Love the design and high end ambiance of this new restaurant. But. Copper - you can do better!
The view and quality of the lodge at the top of the American Eagle lift at Copper is exceptional. However, service was way overtaxed and honestly the food court quality in the same building is equal quality if not better. It has the potential to be exquisite. They need to hire a chef.

Great pork tacos.
Absolutely incredible
At the time of this review the rating was 3.9. That can’t be true. This is an exceptional mountain lodge, the best we’ve seen in the USA. My wife is Austrian and FINALLY, a lodge at the level of a European ski resort. Atmosphere, civility, the menu, the food and drink and not outrageously priced. We had excellent cappuccinos this morning with an outstanding breakfast sandwich. Copper Mountain Resort raised the bar. Thank you!!!!
candlelight dinner experience .Food is overall excellent quality. Rivals some of the best restaurants in Denver. We did get served a course without utensils and had to wait a bit before we could grab new. Food had gone cold, but they were quick to replace with completely new dishes. Price may have a bit elevated compared to other similar restaurants .
Cool atmosphere but spicy soup was really spicy.
