Be early. They run out. Usually close at 8p. I was there at 7:30p and there were only two options left. The pulled pork was my second d choice (was going for brisket). It was excellent. Multiple sauce options were just as good

February 4, 2026 our ski club rented out the restaurant or midweek party. The service was impeccable, the food was amazingly delicious. The price was right and they were ready for us when we got there :-) could not recommend the more highly.

Brilliant BBQ food at the bottom of the mountain. We had the brisket burger and the loaded Mac n cheese, it was delicious and a decent portion size! The different BBQ sauces are worth sampling.

A trip to Copper wouldn’t be complete without lunch at Eagle BBQ. Great food, great people working the kitchen. Can’t go past the brisket sandwich.

Erin is an awesome bar tender and this is the only place I know of at Copper where the price of a beer is not insulting. Never change!

It’s clear this spot specializes in BBQ, and the brisket sandwich is quite good. Knowing that, I expected the crispy chicken sandwich to be comparable. Unfortunately, the $23 chicken sandwich consisted of only two small chicken tenders on a bun (with a side), which — even for ski resort pricing — felt disappointingly overpriced for the portion size.
Best BBQ around but as expected at a resort the cost is more expensive than other BBQ places. Great service.

Came in near the end of shift, they were out of a few things and were super cool about substituting other meats to give us a great experience! Definitely had MORE than enough, will be back for sure!

I really wanted to like this place… the brisket was dry and flavorless, the mac and cheese was cold and part of it was overdone/hard, the smashburger was, they should really toast the buns, but for ~$25? Oof. The fries were decent tho. I would not waste my money here.

Eagle BBQ is an absolute standout in Copper! We brought a ski racing camp with 54 athletes and 14 coaches, and Eagle BBQ took incredible care of us every single day. They served both breakfast and dinner with a smile, handled our big group effortlessly, and the hospitality was top-notch. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what our athletes needed after long days on the hill. We can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Eagle BBQ, for going above and beyond!

Came here on opening day for the delicious breakfast burrito and loved seeing the updates they made to the place. Their patio was already one of the best for apres ski because you can ski right up to it and it gets sun until later in the day. Now they added a much bigger outdoor bar and all new furniture. Really nice people working there too. Excited to visit Eagle BBQ often this season!

We had Eagle Barbecue cater a celebration of life at our rental home this summer, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the very first inquiry, the owner guided us through the process with care and professionalism—helping us develop a menu that was perfect for our group of 25.
The food itself was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and more than enough for everyone to enjoy a complete meal (with plenty of leftovers). What really stood out was the personal touch: the owner not only delivered the food but also made sure everything was correct and that we had exactly what we needed.
The entire process—from email communication to deposits and final payment—was seamless, and we felt supported every step of the way. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the barbecue, and it made our event feel warm and memorable.
We are so grateful to Eagle Barbecue and highly recommend them for any gathering—big or small. Their food and service are truly top-notch!
