The lunch and dinner are nice, but the real star is their breakfast burritos. They’re ridiculously good. This place has the best BBQ in Summit County.

A Hidden Gem in Copper Mountain!

Eagle BBQ in Center Village is truly a hidden gem! Tucked away and full of laid-back charm, this spot completely won us over. The vibe is super casual, which is exactly what we love no frills, just good food and good energy.

We started our day with the brisket breakfast burrito and WOW. It was absolutely loaded with tender brisket, crispy tater tots, eggs, and more. Every bite was packed with flavor and left us wanting more…so much so that we came back for dinner the same day!

Dinner did not disappoint. My husband and I both got the pastrami Reuben with seasoned fries, and it was incredible. The meat was perfectly smoked, not dry at all just melt-in-your-mouth tender and full of flavor. Our boys had the brisket and mac n’ cheese and the ribs with mac n’ cheese, and let me tell you… they licked their plates clean. And that says a lot because they can be picky eaters!

If you’re in Copper Mountain and looking for amazing food with cool, chill vibes, don’t miss Eagle BBQ. We are from out of town but can’t wait to visit again one day!!

Better off going elsewhere for BBQ. Entire meal was cold and service was slow despite it not being a busy day. They forgot a part of our meal even though it was an entrée and a side. Overpriced and poor quality. Incredible views, great music, and friendly/ apologetic staff.

Honest St Louis style BBQ. Reminds me of Pappy's on the Hill in South St Louis. It's a little bit peppery but the rib meat falls off of the bone, and has that just right spice. Add on sauces are ok, fries are darn good if a little ski resort expensive.

This is a must stop at Copper Mountain in every season! Every item on their menu is well done and delicious BBQ. If you’re there later in the evening, you can see them rolling carts of huge slabs of meat to the smokers for overnight. And if you want a truly great surprise - go to Eagle BBQ in the morning for their breakfast burritos! Their burritos are hands-down the best ones I’ve had in the area. Grab one and go sit outside in Center Village.

Had a chance to stop in due to the weather closing the rides. Got the ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and mac and cheese. The meat had a great smokey flavor. Mac&cheese was a miss though. Good atmosphere and friendly service.

Was excited to try the bbq jackfruit but it was a flop. Unsavory taste and barely any bbq sauce. The fries were awesome though. Expensive lesson.

BBQ was 5 stars! Unfortunately, I guess we arrived a bit too late to thoroughly enjoy our dining experience. At 7:35 music was turned off. 7:45 lights turned down. Just wanted to finish the food and beer we purchased. But felt rushed to leave the restaurant.

Staff a bit moody, the meat a bit greasy, but the beans were top notch! Also none of the sauce dispensers were working and the place was a bit of a mess, even considering the busy time.

Dietary restrictions: Don't go here if you're vegan/vegetarian.

Might be the worst bbq I’ve had in CO which is saying something. How the brisket coming out of a warming bin and is cold? Also they have to add cheese sauce from a can to the mac n cheese before they serve. Crazy this place is highly rated just go to Tavern.

I thought this place was really good, but the online menu is non existent and the Google photos menus prices are far off what they are now

I got the 2 meat bbq plate, which was $45 after tax. The brisket was pretty good but the ribs were dry and had very little meat on the bones.

A buddy got the pulled pork sandwich which was loaded with pork. He said half the pork was dry, like it came from a different batch.
