If you enjoy overpaying for a terrible meal this is your place. The slab of brisket was 85 percent pure fat and I later saw it in the toilet after getting sick. When we asked for a burger they tried to talk me out of it two times but had to almost beg since that's what my daughter wanted. We have been there at least 3 times but that will be our last. Good ridence Eagle BBQ.

Our favorite place to eat at Copper! Consistently delicious food and friendly, quick service. You can’t go wrong here, and if I’m going to spend $ in resort prices, I’d rather spend it on something that we actually enjoy! We ate here 3x during our stay, it was worth the repeat!

Food was decent ... just very pricey. Seriously...$25 for two slices of white bread to go with a few slices of brisket. Lame. Did come w one side. We got mac n cheese...which was ok.

The smell brought us in, smoked out front overnight! Brisket was perfectly done, home made sauces were excellent. $6 beer at the base of copper American Eagle. Staff was Uber friendly and knowledgeable. Price was slightly more than you'd pay 4000 ft lower, but not unreasonable at the

I can’t think of any other mountain ski resort in the country that has a bonafide, legit BBQ place! This is a destination in itself, aside from Copper Mountain, being an incredible Ski Resort.I mean what a bonus to then have a BBQ place that does all their own in-house smoked brisket, pulled chicken & pork, ribs, Mac n cheese brisket bowls, classic sides! The smoker is right on the mountain, smoking 24 hours a day, at Eagle Chair Lift in Center Village. The smoked meat flavor pulls you off the mountain.Awesome staff, rocking little bar inside, good seating and view of the East end of the resort, and the BRISKET!!!Stout beers as Ol Van Winkle bourbon to boot! It’s seriously hard to beat. This place needs to have a location open up in Denver! As a fav stop of mine, today I opted for the pulled pork sandwich! You add the Coleslaw and douse it with their house-made Alabama white sauce, spicy bbq, and southern mustard and pickle to each bite!Omg, it’s that good.Def plan to get dirty and ravenous when tearing into a plate of meat-lovin’ heaven at this epically incredible BBQ joint!

Absolutely phenomenal! Eagle BBQ has truly mastered the art of BBQ brisket, elevating it to an art form. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of smoked meat envelops you, promising a meal to remember. The brisket itself is tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, with a beautiful smoke ring that speaks to hours of careful cooking by a master bbq chef. Recommend after a long day of skiing .....

The meat was sweet, tender, juicy and it fell off the bone. The bbq sauce was tangy and balanced against the smoke present in the meat. I recommend this restaurant for a great lunch spot on the mountain! Absolutely the best BBQ in all of Colorado....

No better place for barbecue or drinks on Copper Mountain. We take our afternoon ski break at 2:30 to get one of their signature, bloody Mary’s, and watch them put tomorrow’s meat on the smoker. This is one of those places that you have to try at least once, if you say you’ve gone to Copper Mountain!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families eating there all the time.
