Food is terrible. Update: 8/3/24 They where recently shut down by health inspectors after there first visit after there inspection to open and failed horribly. Negligence on there part nothing else

Definitely time for something different... A Vietnamese spot. Fresh and friendly, just opened. Good signage. Try Blue Lotus.
They have a Vietnamese menu, but also provide sushi, beer, and boba. Alot going on here. If you are up for a taste of something new this is a good place. Nothing crazy but not the same as pretty much every other Asian place.
The Good: It's new, different, and I love the staff. They were all very nice, and friendly. Service was great. Right now they have pool tables but plan to add a Japanese style seating area for the sushi bar. They have various types of egg rolls... (We like egg rolls) It's a very clean and open space, and has good signage outside. Prices are reasonable... And the food is good.
The Bad: ... Not alot of sauces.. Each dish is what it is... The meat was a little fatty (on the KBBQ), but tasted great. So for sauces you get what's on the table to go with. No Vietnamese coffee.. a missed opportunity (fingers crossed.. for now?) Service was less attentive after we got our food, but overall still available if needed. Also it was a little warm inside.
Overall: I'd say go for it! It's worth trying out and seeing how they grow. It's something different in town and has enough going for it to enjoy.
First time trying Vietnamese food I have to say it was quite good got a small house soup which was huge for a small. Left very full and satisfied.

Food was delicious, I had beef an vermicelli, my girlfriend had Korean bbq ribs an rice. Both were great. Looking forward to trying their sushi and pho. Their egg rolls are a must try, lots of meat and a light crispy wrap. Star was our waitress, she's wonderful, very attentive, helpful and informative. We will be back!

I expected more traditional dishes, but found generic Asian—soup, noodle, and rice combinations. I understand that the menu is in transition before the grand opening, and that a sushi bar is coming. They’ve done a good job on making the interior attractive and comfortable, although some measure should be taken to soften the noise. Food was good and extremely fresh. Service was prompt. Prices were reasonable and portions were generous. Exterior could be more welcoming… awning? planters? We will return once the opening kinks have been worked out.
