“We sort of gave up on Chili's a few months ago after the poor service, being seated at a ripped out booth in a completely empty restaurant at a dirty table. After going to Aztecas a few times & enjoying their food but not the $29 horrible margaritas my husband missed his Chili's margarita so we went. We were seated at a completely wet table with all the food wiped onto the booth and I asked the host to bring a napkin back to dry the table off she never returned. Our server Sarah turned the entire experience around. She was delightful and full of energy. She is the best server I have ever had at Chili's or anywhere in Grand Junction and was so happy to even meet a normal employee in an establishment who had a friendly attitude and a smile. Why is that out of the norm now ? I've never seen Nachos that looked like this before, but they were good. The fajitas are better. I miss the days when they brought you chips & salsa when you were seated. It made you more likely to order the table side guacamole & a cocktail. I will call and ask if Sarah is working and request her section next time we go back.“
