Convenient. I am always thankful that Domino's is the one place that delivers out to Loma. I only use the App to order with. If there's a problem with the order quality, I go to the app and state my claim there. If there is a timeliness issue, I get an email from Domino's notifying me that they recognized an insufficiency and they preload a free pizza onto my app. It doesn't happen very often, but I appreciate the forward, proactive approach to customer service that Domino's shows in doing this. The food is what it is. As far as Domino's joints go, they do a great job!

Dining in restaurant isn't gonna satisfy your dining experience as their seating is limited, however their staffs enthusiastic service paired with the quality of food served outshines any shade their small dining area potential had. Always first rate service always top tier food! The Fruita restaurant staff and management are a great team, but I have a particular fondness for my favorite closer; a certain city league hockey player? Missed ya this time due to your Sunday match, but cheered for your team during dinner! Game on!

I ordered four pizzas for delivery through their answering service. I could not understand the lady at all, and she could not understand me. I repeated my order about six times, and she just could not get it right. Then, after we finally got through that, she asked me what day and time I wanted the order, I told her Saturday at 1:00 p.m. she said they could not deliver at that time because that slot is already taken and that she can schedule delivery at 5:00 p.m. I told her that would not work because it was for a birthday and I needed it at 1:00 and she said they could not deliver. I have never been told no when ordering pizza for delivery. So I told her I will take it at 5:00 p.m. just so we can end the call and she could submit my order. I decided to call the store directly to see if they received my order and to see if they can change the delivery from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. I explained to them my whole situation with this lady over the phone, they looked up their orders and said she never even submitted it and there was no order for me. They asked if I got a order number and I said no because she never gave that to me.
So I reordered everything all over again with someone directly at the store and they scheduled it for 1:00 like I originally requested, and everything was fine after that. Maybe you should not call the answering service to order pizza. Just call the store directly. When I called Domino's, it said press one to order pizza, and I did, and I did not know it was going to a third party. Lesson learned!

Craptastic!Shortly before 5 pm tonight, I ordered delivery from Domino’s in Fruita. Because they have a minimum order for delivery, I had to order two things when I really only wanted a pizza. My total was $13.98. I actually paid $23.91 - Meal, plus delivery fees totalling $6.27, plus tax and tip. Ironically, I used Domino’s delivery, not Doordash or Uber. They have a tracker where you can see where your order is in the process. First, my order spent nearly as much time in the “delivery” phase as the “baking” phase. When I finally got my pizza it was luke-warm at best. It was not hot or fresh and definitely NOT delicious. They clearly don’t care about quality and attention to detail. The pizza looked like a 3rd grader cut it, one side’s edge was charred and there was a miscellaneous piece of black olive cooked onto it. And even though it appears that they then sprinkle some form of Italian seasoning all over it AFTER cooking, the flavor was just bland. What’s more, the second item I was forced into ordering was the cinnamon twisty things. They were absolutely doused in cinnamon and inedible without wiping some of it off. What a dissatisfying meal. And what a waste of my hard earned money. Thoroughly disappointing.

Ordered online. Messed up on my end. Tried to call the store to add the pizza to the same coupon and got the complete run around.

It took 35 minutes to get three pizza's for carryout at 1045 at night. Don't order from this dominoes unless you are okay with very long waits.
Good!!!
