Einstein Bros. Bagels

Bagels are always so great! BUT I had the worst experience possible ordering online IN ADVANCE! I made an online order at 8am for pick up at 11am. I ordered 2 bakers dozen bagels online. When arriving to the store they were completely OUT of everything!!! They did not prep my order when it arrived to them online in advance so we had to scramble and get whatever they had (flavors we didn’t even enjoy). They were filling others orders (with bagels we already paid for) while we were trying to fill our 2 dozen!! Staff is rude.
I also paid EXTRA for some flavors and no refund was given to me when they didn’t have those flavors available. So frustrating.

Worst Einstein's ever. Staff was rude, bagel sandwiches were old (veggies were soggy). I've given this store several opportunities to get it right and nope! The restaurant area was a mess! Done! I'll drive to GJ!

Once again I come in at 1:45 and you won't serve me. The blond guy at Friita wouldn't even turn around to tell me he's not going to serve me, just keeps on closing. Your food is too mediocre for me to come back for another slap in the face.

Choked down bagel with not enough cream cheese. Double gender bathrooms and toilet seat up with brown drips, could not bring myself to use it. I'm here early and lobby looks so filthy, I don't think we'll be back. Looking for new breakfast place in Fruita.

Went thru the drive thru. Took almost 20 minutes to get a single sandwich. Came out Cold with a single piece of bacon ordered the all nighter. Ordered an ice mocha. Came out unmixed. With all the chocolate at the bottom.

Hire some people. Long waits with slow moving staff. No one looks happy.

I've been blown off before but that was impressive.

Went to Einstein Bagels for brunch and they ran out of bagels. How does a place solely dedicated to bagels run out of bagels.

I went inside to get a latte, they forgot to get my drink after coming inside form smoking and did not wash their hands. Disgusting. Shame on you.

Whoever their manager is, please fire them or talk to them.

The general manager at this location is God sent. I hitched a ride from a semi driver after getting stranded from running out of gas - got breakfast and told the manager our situation. She stopped what she was doing and drove us 30 minutes west where our car was and even offered for us to keep the gas can. Uber and Lyft weren’t available and after calling 911 they said they couldn’t allocate their resources to help. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her - THANK YOU!
