To preface this review, I have a speech impediment that can affect the way I speak and it manifests with me repeating words again and again. I was speaking at the drive through and the girl started to giggle at me when I was repeating words. I'd advise people to not go here if they have a similar condition as that is insanely insulting and insufferable to do to someone. Afterwords I went to taco bell and got something there and was treated much better than here. Pictures attached was the shake I got from there. Never going here again!

We've all been to MacDonald's, but this was next level. Got the play place for the kids, and as play places go, this one is deluxe! Food was great, but the real highlight was Katrina and her wonderful service! The consummate professional, she really took care of our family!

Prioritize action system went down and no indoor orders where done for 45 minutes, so much for fast food. They only serviced the car line for aver 30 minutes. Wait for another exit that has McD’s

I arrived to purchase breakfast. No one was there in drive thru. Very slow morning. My order was completely wrong and when I called already having arrived home to get refunded they told me to come back or they couldn’t do anything. Would not recommend this place and I will not be coming back

The staff is so damn rude they don’t even greet you at the window. It’s always so dirty. Everyone always has an attitude and almost throws your food at you through the window.

I always have to wait for food. It has been getting worse recently. Drive thru is not busy and I still up waiting for food. I hate that I can't get my own refill anymore. I need to remember to stop coming here because it is a pain.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! go to the one on North or in Clifton or near the mall!! this mcdonald’s never EVER fully completed an order I have ever ordered. When I pay the 25 cents for extra sauce I have NEVER received it. I pay for the snack wrap, or a burger, or nuggets and there is literally something wrong in every single order. Someone needs to hire new managers ASAP. Hire someone(s) competent.

The franchise has gone down hill over the years. Went to the one in Fruita and granted it was somewhat busy but our to go order was missing food and being a distance away there was no going back for it. Already prices are high. What happened to customer curteousy and working with a smile all that, repeating back everything in the order. Seems like people skills and accountability is no longer a thing at these places.

Burritos are dry and crusty on the ends. Really crunchy! We go early, usually at 6.15 a.m. It happens only at the Fruita McDonald's. It's clean though.

They constantly get my order wrong or leave it sitting on their back counter for at least 10 minutes, I think it would be really helpful for them to fire all of the their kitchen and service staff and restart with some people who are more qualified or better trained
