They constantly get my order wrong or leave it sitting on their back counter for at least 10 minutes, I think it would be really helpful for them to fire all of the their kitchen and service staff and restart with some people who are more qualified or better trained

We weren’t aware that they closed at midnight, but we came through the drive-through exactly 12 AM and Kaitlyn served us anyway! She didn’t have to, but she did, and we appreciate it so much ! If all McDonald’s had a Kaitlyn, the world would be a better place !
It's already super hard to be on a road trip with a baby. But to go somewhere for lunch and not have a spot to change my babies diaper is just irritating. Won't be coming here again. Not to mention the amount of flies flying around inside.

Can't even handle making a bacon quarter pounder apparently. Everyone looked lost, and nobody seemed to know what was going on. Like it was everybody's first day or something. I ended up having to go back to work hungry after my refund. Thank you for that, McDonald's!
