One side of the drive through was broke with no sign or indication that it was broke. Line of people waiting. Drove around and got in other line and finally ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals with DR pepper. Paid and went to pick up food. Was handed our drinks and told to pull forward. Waited over 15 minutes for our food and then went in and asked for it. It was just sitting there getting cold. I grabbed my food and left. Upon opening the bag I realized there were no napkins and we also realized we were given Diet Coke. Not happy with the establishment or service.

Absolutely. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I go and order a mcchicken and a medium fry on my lunch break. I then get an attitude from the little girl in the drive through a window.Because I ask how long it's going to be when she asked me to go park and weight on my food which was just a chicken sandwich and fry 10 minutes later, the boy brings out my bag. I opened it up to find a cold chicken sandwich covered in mayonnaise

Absolutely disgusting, had a long hair in my food, pulled it out of my mouth when taking a big bite. Thats when i realized these people never wear hair nets. Absolutely disgusting. Out of any mcdonalds ive been too in at least 8 different states, this place is by far the worst.

Order then pay then park. Wait here are your frappes but your food is being made hot. 25 minutes later your drink is gone but you got a bag being walked out to you with wrong order in it. Now you inside to explain but all the employees understand nothing you say bc you have no filter on your face and their 7 seconds of attention span has lapsed and they keep trying to swipe to the next in line. I’m going to Mooby’s.

PAY ATTENTION! Your E. coli outbreak isn’t your product, your problem is preparation, my family and I won’t order the quarter pounder anymore. It has been served raw to us several times, even after notifying management. I’m not sure what safe Guards are in place but here at the Fruita location it’s a continuous problem.
DONT ORDER ONLINE ever. Every single time we are missing an item and our items are cold. We order through doordash and at this point it seems like this location is intentionally skipping out on items when it's a takeout order. Feeding a family of 3 and I can't understand how people with big family's order here. We order no more than 5 items and they cant do it

Unfortunately, I have to write a very negative review of this location, something I don't generally like to do. Highlights: terrible service and very inappropriate comments overheard by myself and other customers in the lobby as we waited - abnormally long for McDonald's but not overly long for a typical restaurant - for our food. I would encourage management to watch tapes from 12:30p-1p on 9/30 to listen to their employee Alex's comments. I probably should have asked to speak to a manager but I needed to continue on my road trip at that point. Will not be stopping at this location again on my way through Fruita.

I worked at Macdonald’s at one time. They had rules about advertising etc in the store. This Macdonalds, in addition to the normally not great food, plays the propaganda network of the marmalade Mussolini routinely : not appropriate. Probably against coaling rules still . But regardless I won’t go back
