I ordered a Blues Quintet. It was a sloppy mess! I loved every bite of it. It’s hard to rate this pizza as everyone I’ve ever ordered has been fantastic.

We have been customers for 2 years. No longer. A few months ago they went under new management and didn’t have a liquor license to serve beer anymore. Now they don’t have a working soda machine, tea, lemonade nothing. Said the new owners are having distribution problems when I later asked. Yet we were charged for 3 drinks I had to then ask to get refunded. They gave our salad to another table with like 8 people breathing on it and then pulled it off that table and then served it to us. This is disgusting. The pizza is no longer any good. We left 2/3 of a large on the table. It had faint whiffs of dirty dish water in the cheese. The establishment is very dirty and run by a bunch of teenagers. Forgot one more thing. The ranch dressing is served in little to go cups with lids. One of ours had something gross in it and the manager later told me it was a piece of potato and she didn’t know how that happened. I do. It’s poor food service worker(s). This is cross contamination big time and I should call the health dept; we just will never go back.

I don’t know who Pablo is at Pablo‘s Pizza, but new owner Caleb is an absolute gift. He’s personable and makes one fantastic pizza! The salads have toppings galore as do the pies. I love that he uses a local bakery for his lunch special cookies. It seems Caleb is making some great improvements at the Fruita location and we can’t wait to go back and enjoy the spectacular service and food again!

Ordered delivery from Pablo’s for the first time today, we got a pizza and a Greek salad! The crust was thin and crispy, pepperonis were delicious, and the salad was packed with flavorful fresh veggies! My husband and I love thin crust pizza, we will definitely be back

Called in an order last night for pick up and the service was great over the phone. Dillon took my order and he did a phenomenal job at informing me about the food. Very impressive. The food was great when we got it too with a heaping salad.

As someone who visits the Downtown Pablo’s every time I visit the Western Slope, this was a disappointment. I stopped by hoping for a quick bite before the Dinosaur Journey Museum on a Saturday afternoon and while the food quality was good, there was one employee handling all the operations. Her AC, ice machines, and other appliances were apparently all broken, so service took forever. Took 40+ minutes to get a pizza in a restaurant with one other occupied table and limited carry out orders. I still love Pablo’s but I’ll stick to the downtown location.

Disappointing based on expectations given by others. Owner trying to sell business, understaffed with only owner, one worker and one delivery driver. Felt like no enthusiasm to be successful.
