Don't order delivery!!!! Took over an hour to be delivered and it was totally the wrong order! I called was put on hold for 28mins so I drove there (while I was still on hold) to get a refund and return the wrong order. Very disappointed!!! This was Friday 11/7/25 update received my card statement yes they did credit me but not the $9.00 tip for the door driver which they said they would credit me!! Poor service!!

I dunno if something changed but this place was okay and now its pretty dang good.. people are nice.. young man helped me today.. it took a couple minutes for my food but it was piping hot and surprisingly accurate for my complicated order

Great pizza that’s always hot and topped well. Amazing fries and chicken. Breadsticks and cinnamon sticks are awesome with their dips especially. Nice, quiet employees and a clean restaurant. Angry Birds always on the tv (What more could you want)

I was dining in the lobby today and witnessed something very concerning. An adult male, who appeared to be the manager, was loudly yelling at a young employee who looked like he might still be in high school. The manager was standing just inches from his face, following him around, and berating him in front of customers.
Everyone in the lobby was clearly uncomfortable watching this unfold. The young employee handled himself with professionalism and stayed calm, but no one should be treated this way at work. It was very upsetting to see, and it left a very negative impression of this location.
I hope the ownership or corporate office will look into this matter and ensure employees are treated with respect.

Today we placed a $50 order directly through the Pizza Hut app. The order went through successfully, but then DoorDash — acting on Pizza Hut’s behalf — contacted us saying there was a payment error and asked us to pay again. We did. After that, Pizza Hut canceled the order completely, even though payment had been made.
When I called the Fruita Pizza Hut, they said it was DoorDash’s problem, and refused to make or deliver our food. No refund, no help — just “call DoorDash.” But DoorDash says it’s Pizza Hut’s order, so now we’re stuck in the middle with no food and no resolution.
The most concerning part? When I asked to speak to the general manager, suddenly they said they’d make the order — which they had refused just minutes earlier. So which is it?
This isn’t about the $50. This is about a complete lack of accountability and professionalism from the store. The staff were dismissive, untrained, and clearly not equipped to handle situations like this. Blaming your delivery vendor — who you chose to use — isn’t customer service. It’s passing the buck.
Pizza Hut corporate needs to take a hard look at this location. It’s a bad look for the brand when a customer pays and gets absolutely nothing in return until they escalate the issue.

Great for ordering through the app.! Love the rewards,they have many new items. The little apple pies and the mozzarella six are out of this world! The staff is super friendly and works very hard to get your order done on time and accurate! The story is kind of small so you might want to take your order home with you or pick it up to go!

Great customer service. Rather quick servuce as well. Have stopped by quite frequently for lunch lately & every visit was great at this location 04/2025.
Placed my order, should have received it an hour ago and still no delivery. I normally order from Dominos but their CC system is down so went with the lesser option. Even if they had longer wait times because of ONE pizza place in town not able to accept CC, this is outrageous.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced at any food establishment.

You should NOT order from here unless you do pickup. I ordered a pizza at 4:50 PM. It said it would be delivered by 5:16 PM in the app. I thought this was a little too fast. So I was a little bit understanding if it would be later. At 5:30 the pizza still said it was in the oven. So I called the store and they said it’s been in the hot hold for 20 minutes waiting for DoorDash driver to come pick it up to deliver it. I live 10 minutes from the Pizza Hut. But I was watching a movie. I could’ve went and picked it up. Instead, it didn’t leave the Pizza Hut until 5:45 PM which means it was in the Hot hold for now for 35 minutes. And it’s on the way. I will never be ordering pizza from this place again. And I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Very disappointed had to call for our delivery that we made on line after an hour went by and no pizza. 1 pizza and bread sticks. Simple and still waited 30 more min after being told the delivery driver took the wrong bag and had wrong order. Blah blah. Lie lie. Said okay lady gets here says it's a Saturday night sorry for the late delivery we been very busy. No heads up given on anything. Waiting to drive by and see the building closed after all the reviews. Because it is all the truth. Not a good location.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, was told it would be 30 minutes. An hour later no pizza. Called to inquire and they didn't have my order because it didn't meet the minimum required for delivery. I was not told that when I ordered it and they did not call me to tell me they wouldn't be delivering. The manager couldn't have cared less and made no offer to fix the issue. What a joke! A phone call would have been nice. Will not be ordering from them again.
