Great for ordering through the app.! Love the rewards,they have many new items. The little apple pies and the mozzarella six are out of this world! The staff is super friendly and works very hard to get your order done on time and accurate! The story is kind of small so you might want to take your order home with you or pick it up to go!

Placed my order, should have received it an hour ago and still no delivery. I normally order from Dominos but their CC system is down so went with the lesser option. Even if they had longer wait times because of ONE pizza place in town not able to accept CC, this is outrageous.

You should NOT order from here unless you do pickup. I ordered a pizza at 4:50 PM. It said it would be delivered by 5:16 PM in the app. I thought this was a little too fast. So I was a little bit understanding if it would be later. At 5:30 the pizza still said it was in the oven. So I called the store and they said it’s been in the hot hold for 20 minutes waiting for DoorDash driver to come pick it up to deliver it. I live 10 minutes from the Pizza Hut. But I was watching a movie. I could’ve went and picked it up. Instead, it didn’t leave the Pizza Hut until 5:45 PM which means it was in the Hot hold for now for 35 minutes. And it’s on the way. I will never be ordering pizza from this place again. And I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Very disappointed had to call for our delivery that we made on line after an hour went by and no pizza. 1 pizza and bread sticks. Simple and still waited 30 more min after being told the delivery driver took the wrong bag and had wrong order. Blah blah. Lie lie. Said okay lady gets here says it's a Saturday night sorry for the late delivery we been very busy. No heads up given on anything. Waiting to drive by and see the building closed after all the reviews. Because it is all the truth. Not a good location.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, was told it would be 30 minutes. An hour later no pizza. Called to inquire and they didn't have my order because it didn't meet the minimum required for delivery. I was not told that when I ordered it and they did not call me to tell me they wouldn't be delivering. The manager couldn't have cared less and made no offer to fix the issue. What a joke! A phone call would have been nice. Will not be ordering from them again.

We were so happy Pizza Hut had sandwiches again. They used to be delicious. We ordered 2 supreme sandwiches. Ham, pepperoni and salami. The ham was the same chopped ham that goes on pizza, my sandwich didn't have salami, no Italian dressing, the tomatoes still had black ends. It was basically 2 pieces of bread with lettuce, tomato, and I think some kind of cheese. Not much meat at all. We were so disappointed. The fries were good though.
I would recommend to anyone. The Fruita Colorado Pizza Hut team is absolutely amazing in every way and I am truly grateful for everyone in this store. Their service is amazing and the timing on everything is impeccable and they truly make you feel welcome and respected. Thank you all and keep up the great work.

Dont order delivery from this location, they dont hire drivers and instead use doordash. They dont tell you ahead of time they just transfer your order to doordash and you are then at the mercy of whatever stranger decides to deliver your order. If you complain they will just tell you too bad.

Would rate zero if i could pizza is still not here after a hour, this pizza being a simple medium cheese one small wings and 2 12oz sodas. This is not the pizza hut I grew up with, Dominos in fruita is the way to go for now on

The pizza was delicious ? and the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were gross and over cooked super hard like drumsticks ?. Don't know why . But the crust of the pizza was soft maybe a little bit more not much but the difference between the two was way off . I gave my cinnamon roll s to some high schoolers walking in over frosting it soaked the rolls to much . But thanks for the pizza ?. . There dine in is not old fashioned and a small seating area. But great for a self or a couple to go in to sit

Absolutely disgusting. I took two floppy, awful tasting pizzas back and was refused a refund. They did offer to make it again but why would I want more of that horrible food? No thanks, never again.
