The biggest issue with this location is the beans and rice are almost never thoroughly cooked. Uncooked beans or rice can be harmful, and some time ago I went to the hospital for gastrointestinal inflammation supposedly caused by 'fast food', where I left wondering if it was because of undercooked food from here.
Not thrilled that I spend as much money as I do for it to not be edible. Recently, I'd just get the beans and rice on the side to decide if they're cooked enough to unwrap the burrito and put it in there on my own -- something I shouldn't have to do, especially if I'm in a rush and want something quick and easy. I've decided to stop eating here altogether instead.
The food is usually good -- if it's cooked. Pricey, but normal for every location I've been to.

Quality control seemed poor. Everyone in my family found their burritos/bowls bland, the beans weren't fully cooked and were somewhat crunchy, and the chips were extremely salty.

This was my first time eating at a QDOBA. I was pleased with the options as you walk through the line and select your style (bowl, burrito, nachos, salad, quesadilla), protein and toppings. The food was delicious and very flavorful.

I was at qudoba in fruita and I had a fainting spell and blacked out in line. The staff was quick to help and one man even ran to his car for a first aid kit as I was bleeding from my head. Thank you to this staff the night of June 18,24

This location is about the same as any other location in how it is laid out. The differences are, 1. Their staff wasn't all chit chat away from the counter, 2. They still had the multiple choice soda fountain, 3. Food was hot.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, the bathrooms were gross. There was pee on the floor, trash everywhere, toilet had questionable debris that I had to wipe with toilet paper. I don't know if it is Qdoba or Einstein's responsibility, but since I was at Qdoba they get the bad with the good.

A very kind employee made sure that my sister and I were rung together even though we arrived to the line separately. Made it a lot easier for us. Love the stuffed quesadilla here.
Arrived on a Sunday at noon just before the mountain biking weekend lunch rush. Bathroom had a dirty floor and out of paper towels, restaurant trash cans were super full, they were out of spoons and knives in the cutlery area, tables were dirty and needed a wipe down. What did they do when they opened the restaurant that morning or before the lunch hour? Kitchen Staff were nice. They need a bus person tidying the place.
