Very fast service! Very polite and friendly! They have a nice young team. The restaurant is clean and has a very comfortable interior. It's clear that people enjoy coming here. It's quiet enough to work on your laptop. I sat down, had my mocha, and had a good rest here.
Love how they always know me, makes my day!
Matcha latte awesome
We're beginning to notice a no cash policy on a regular basis, at this location, as well as others throughout Colorado and Utah. Cash is still a legal tender in the United States, and some still prefer to use it as opposed to a credit card for smaller purchases.
I ordered 2 mocha frappes. The restroom had no hand towels. The restaurant had no napkins. I was not offered a receipt. When I asked for it, I was given the wrong receipt. My drinks were watered down chocolate water. For almost $14 I should have gotten at least a good tasting drink. I will not return to this place.
This is the best Starbucks game ever. They will get your order right. Despite whatever your customization might be, they're fast and efficient and courteous
2 of 3 drinks feel out of the carrier, the person didn't even secure them before passing them through the window. This is the 7th time they don't listen to directions for food. Remove egg is even on the sticker. Please do better.
Temporarily closed as of 10/21.
Against my better judgment and firm decision to never set foot in a Starbucks again, I found myself with no other option and decided to give it one more shot. Big mistake. I’ve always thought their coffee was bad, but this time it truly confirmed that Starbucks serves the worst coffee in the world. I ordered a simple espresso—literally the most basic coffee you can make—and even that was a disaster. Bitter, burnt, and just completely off. How can a coffee chain this massive fail at the most fundamental thing?
It’s honestly baffling that with all their resources and presence, they still can’t get coffee right. If you care about quality coffee, this place is not it. Starbucks remains, hands down, the worst coffee experience I’ve had. Never again.

My husband's pick-up order was a grande Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato w/ 3 shots of signature espresso today. Luckily, by the time he gagged on his 1st sip, we weren't far from home, so he then doctored it up, making it taste like anything but watered down oatmilk, with zero taste of any apple or coffee. Huge disappointment for $8.12!

I live in Fruita, so convenience plays into my 5-star rating - but only about 2%. 98% of the rest of my score is because of the staff and the environment they cultivate. The leadership team is amazing. Almost every employee knows my name and my order. I feel welcome and they get excited at times to see me which feels great. You wouldn't expect to have a "cheers" experience at an international chain, but they delivery on that every day!

The lady with the short brown hair and glasses that took my order was lovely. I had no idea what to order and she asked a couple questions and ended up helping me pick the perfect drink!
