All the staff are amazing. My favorite Starbucks in the valley.
Malorie is exceptional 👌 If she's not already she should be the manager. Very personal with customers and makes sure you know you're being taken care.
And that girl knows how to hustle.

Someone PLEASE put that bald guy working the register out of MY misery! He ruins my day every single time. PLUS!! he’s never just waiting by the register he’s always halfway across the store and talking to someone he knows and has been for 15 minutes! Definitely avoiding this one

I ordered a Chai Tea Latte, and honestly it was very disappointing.
The taste was nothing like proper chai — it had a strange, almost icy/antarctic flavor.
It didn’t taste spiced or warm at all, more like plain milk with something raw mixed in.
I could actually feel the raw milk taste, which ruined the whole drink.
Not what I expect from Starbucks.

We went inside there where 4 people sitting down a couple in the corner .. and us waiting at the counter ..
Drive through orders where getting taken and handed out . But we waited .. waited . And we’ll still waited .. 10 min went bye and 8 drive threw orders where taken and handed out .. we left .
We where the only inside customer and had 12 drink orders that well we never got to order because they didn’t think we where I don’t know good enough ..
I appreciate your drive through thoroughness but why make your inside customers wait so long .. 7 employees all diligently working in drive threw orders where your inside customers where not taken care of at all …

A few days earlier Mallory was great. Please get rid of the old white guy working the window at 9:30am on Monday December 1st 2025. Very rude. Finished his conversation before he kind of held out the card scanner. He held his finger in the way so I couldn't insert the card. Awful.

Usually i really love coming to this Starbucks and seeing the friendly, kind baristas that i know, it’s an extra pick me up along with my morning coffee but lately my experience has been less than satisfactory. Most of the workers there are very genuine, positive and uplifting towards myself and each other. However the older, bald gentleman that recently started working there has interrupted my conversations with other baristas multiple times so he can start taking my order. He must be new because it felt very unprofessional and does not reflect the warm, welcoming atmosphere of a coffeeshop. It makes me feel like just another customer to get money out of instead of the personable experience that i typically have here. i’m not one to leave reviews usually but this has happened too many times and has made me second guess coming to this location at all. Customers should not feel like they are being rushed through the ordering process, sometimes we want a slower and more personal experience.

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks in junction. It has gotten to the point of I will drive into junction for Starbucks before I waste money at this Starbucks. They are always rude won't remake drinks that are made wrong. They won't add whip cream when they don't put it on there and tell me flat out what do you care I didn't charge you for the whip cream. This whole crew needs to be fired and a new crew needs to be brought in. They have all worked there way to long and they are all wayyy to comfortable with the fact that they will have their jobs no matter what. My coffee never tastes the same and it never is made right. Management don't care if the team even grabs a manager the manger will ask what I expect to be done and tells me they can't control their crew.

The absolute worst Starbucks on the Western Slope. I live in Fruita and would rather drive into town to get my coffee. Today’s order took over 25 minutes from when I ordered and 9/10s my order is wrong or it tastes burnt. Absolutely will not be returning again, it’s faster to drive to GJ than sit and wait just for your coffee to be awful.
