Better than expected for a small diner attached to a gas/convenience store. I was staying in Fruita, right across the street. Golly, the Cinnamon Rolls are larger than my head, and yummy too! Everything I ate over 4 days was cooked to perfection.... eggs, potatoes, waffle, bacon, French toast, crepe... all great. The sweet servers were especially kind and I felt like a local. Thank you.

The location in Montrose is fantastic, been there several times and will always go back, so when I saw the sign for this location I was looking forward to another good experience... no so much. Server was friendly and got the order right.. the food took nearly an hour to come out. The food quality was meh, just ok. The place was not especially clean. not terrible but not somewhere I would go again, a Wendy's drive thru would have been preferable.

Hard to believe I ate any of it. Great menu,but probably the cheapest food service company food you can get sloppy execution as well. They brought my bacon avocado omelette without bacon or cheese. Might be sort of Okay until the manager or whoever she is came over to argue about everything. My waitress was great, food,experience,coffee,and definitely price were ridiculous. Highly recommend avoiding this place if you like taste or value!

Waitress was awesome and trying her best but the food came out wrong, had to keep asking for missing items, food was cold and their famous cinnamon rolls that they were supposed to be famous for, well by far the worst I’ve ever had. Very hard and crunchy on the outside, mush on the inside. Asked others for butter and never got any. Quite disappointed to say the very least. Table had sticky ketchup on it and had to clean it ourselves.

We were a group of 10 for Sunday brunch about 1 pm. The friendly staff members were so helpful and able to accomodate us! Good food and nice atmosphere.
We love starvin arvins restaurant except the one in fruita! The cinnamon rolls are gross, the breakfast was very small for the price and tasteless. Service was slow. We will not be back. Do yourself a favor and drive to Clifton! Who ever owns this location needs to learn from the one in Montrose
