We were celebrating our Anniversary, 58 years, tonight. When it was time for us to pay the check, our waitress informed us that it had been taken care of! She did not know who it was but it certainly made our day! We had a wonderful meal, the waitress was very attentive and enjoyed the evening! Thank you to the person who paid for our meal, you had no way of knowing that it was a special day for us, it was a very nice thing for you to do!!
Went deer hunting in the Bookcliffs north of Fruita and went into town to grab some supplies and found the Strayhorn. The food was good and the service was good as well. I went for dinner one night and had Katie the bartender wait on us and she was awesome. I then had to return for breakfast on our way out of town and had Anastasia wait on us and the breakfast was awesome as well. This place was busy on a Friday night but we were served in a reasonable amount of time. Prime rib on Fri and Sat nights. So glad we were here on a Friday night. Meal seasoned just right. Comes with potatoes and beans plus roll and salad. Excellent choice!!
