We ordered through doordash yes but my husband ordered double on mine and his sandwich and 2 regular all 6inch and not one of them came with cheese..I get messing up one sandwich but not putting cheese on all 4 sandwiches let al9ne 2 doubles..yeah I'm pretty disappointed with us guys

I understand you guys get online orders but when you have a line of customers who chose to visit your business in person, you should at least have someone who is able to help them. Sat in line with other obviously annoyed customers while employees continued to prioritize online orders while ignoring people right in front of them. After waiting in a line that wasn’t moving I left and went across the street to jimmy John’s and was served freaky fast.

Went through the drive through for dinner. I wanted to order one of the special sandwiches that had been on display right as you pull into the driveway. When I got to the menu kiosk the special sandwich wasn't listed on the menu. I pushed the button to ask for help. The person on the speaker told me that if I wanted one of the special sandwiches I would have to come inside the restaurant to order it. I think this is unacceptable. Why a advertise a sandwich in the drive thru that can't be ordered in the drive thru. Even if I was willing to come inside to order, which I wasn't, I was trapped in the drive thru by the cars in front and behind.
I was able to reverse out of the drive thru and go spend my money elsewhere.
I just thought you should know what's going on in your restaurant.

Ordering screen wouldn't work. Push call button manger refused to take order. Wow has this place gone to the dogs. Was hurt and couldn't go inside. No help. Drove to fruita so I could get drive through subway. What a wonderful experience!!!!!!!!!!

As long as Subway hides the sandwich makings behind a hood I won’t be patronizing subway. I will not buy meat for a sandwich that I cannot see before hand. If I can’t tell if I’m going to get wilted lettuce or shriveled up tomatoes, or old meat I won’t bother. I’ll just go somewhere else.

Everytime we have gone in they are smiles and very welcoming. I really enjoy going into this Subway. They are very polite. The prices are getting high but that’s like everything else in this economy. It’s hard to be in customer service now days. I really appreciate that they are very nice.
