As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two of the sweetest ladies! They were very pleasant. The dining room and food stations were very clean! The food was some of the best we have eaten from a Subway! Also, can't beat the deal of the days!

Being in the customer service industry for 20+ years, I have an incredibly high standard. I was blown away at the level of customer service from the 3 workers at lunch today. They hustled and all of them had very refreshing attitudes. I was very impressed! Thank you!

I don't understand how an order gets messed up when you put your own order in on the screen in the drive thru. Crazy...specifically said no mayo, it was drenched in mayo and added onions, I didn't order. Not a great sandwich.

If could rate ZERO I would. Clearly these children working here are high or something. How do you mess up an order when I am making my sandwich right in front of your two eyes???? They completely messed up my wife’s order, I ordered for her and we got a chicken sub and this younger guy was making a meatball sub for an online ordered sandwich in the middle of me ordering. When I got to checkout I figured they put the online order on the counter behind them or something but I guess they instead they it in my bag and whoever had the online order got my chicken sandwich. HOW HARD IS IT TO SEPARATE ONLINE ORDERS FROM IN STORE ORDERS??? How do you mess that up?? Then on top of that they were EXTREMELY SLOW. I called and got figure, there was no manager. (I can tell). When we went back and got our sand which remade they took the meatball sub back (that’s a health code violation and cross contamination). I used to work in fast food so I would know. 0/10. Very unprofessional and very rude employees. No discount, no refund no anything.

Dont know what the deal is with the tall man working at this place, but he is extremely rude to his fellow employees even with customers in the store.

I placed an order online for 2 footlongs and a 6 inch. Only 1 footlong was to be toasted. When we got home, the sandwhich that was suppossed to be toasted was not and the other two were. Also, the 6 inch was made as a footlong. The rude employee made all of our sandwhiches.

Maybe instead of being a jerk to your fellow employees, focus on making the order correctly.

We ordered through doordash yes but my husband ordered double on mine and his sandwich and 2 regular all 6inch and not one of them came with cheese..I get messing up one sandwich but not putting cheese on all 4 sandwiches let al9ne 2 doubles..yeah I'm pretty disappointed with us guys
