Employee on 12/27 past midnight unfortunately decided food safety rules do not apply. I observed the employee on the register at the drive thru take my card and swipe it, use the pos system then jump into making food all with the same pair of gloves. While I normally don't pay much attention to things like this, having a pair of gloves touch my debit card, a dirty tablet, and then my food is nothing less than disgusting. I've never had problems with this location before but health code violations like this need to be addressed. Gloves need to be changed in-between tasks AND hands need to be washed before glove changes. Lord knows how many orders she took payment for before handling my food with one pair of gloves.

I had to wait like 10+ minutes in the drive through when there was only one person in the car ahead of me. Hire more people for morning shifts. Ridiculous. You can do better.

I routinely drive from Vegas to Denver throughout the year and if I want to stop for food, I always make a point to stop at this Taco Bell. The food is pretty typical of any taco bell but the service here is great, the first time I came I was sitting waiting for my order to be called, and a worker came out to my table with a tray! They haven't done that since, but the staff is always in a good mood and I've never had a problem. Always a good time at Fruita, CO.

We were there for just 2 days and ate here 4 times. Food always tasted fresh and came out fast, people were always nice. Best Taco Bell I’ve been in for sure.

I usually go through the drive thru. This location’s food is almost always hot and actually looks like the pictures. Occasionally, the drive thru line takes a bit, but it’s usually pretty fast. The inside is clean and usually quiet.

Went thru to get mtn dew midnight freeze. Paid for it and when they gave me my drink it was a fountain drink I asked why. And was meant with attitude. I asked for a manager and gave the same attitude. I get your frustration but don't take your frustration out on customers..

I eat here on average about once per week. Unfortunately I’m never surprised at the lack of cognitive ability. Do better TB.

I had went through the drive through around 12:30am and was handed half of my items and a “good night” from the cashier, we drove back around and I assumed the doors would be locked as I know they close lobby at 10pm. I walked right into the store, stood there for a minute, was not greeted until she realized I was not leaving. The manager had asked if I was in the bathroom, I had told her my predicament, and then was told that they gave me all of my food (while holding my box) walking over to me with my food the manager asked what door I came in and then handed me my food. I have worked at Taco Bell for 6 years before and know that is not how to handle a customer. Food was good tho

Waiting more than 30 minutes at the store for an order placed online is ridiculous. TB needs to get there act together.
