We went through the Drive-thru and they got our order wrong. When we complained we got the window shut on us. The food was good but the service was terrible. Although, the shift manager gave us a grudging verbal apology.

Here’s your frosty’s please pull forward so they can melt for 30 minutes while u wait for your food when there literally nobody even behind u 🙄 check the bag because it’s more likely then not that items will be missing!! Management here is awful and I feel bad for the people who work there!! Just drive to the one in GJ it’s worth it!

I am recovering from surgery and wanted something warm and easy to enjoy while I rest on the couch with my boyfriend. Wendy's sounded good and even tho I've worked for a different Wendy's before and know how things are made, the chillli sounded pretty good. We placed an online order at home that way I didn't have to leave the house and my boyfriend could just quickly go get it, we live about 5 minutes away. He went to the drive through and when he got there they informed him that they we out of chillli so not only did I not get my chili he didn't get his chili cheese fries so they comped him by giving him baconator fries and a 6 piece garlic Parm nuggets. He gets home and we unpack everything. He is missing his nuggets that he on the side are missing all he had was the 6 piece they comped for a large chili, the hamburger, he had as a meal with the chili cheese fries, didn't have the lettuce he had asked for. He called and was able to go get the nuggets he was missing but it was just a really crappy situation after such a long day. No chili, no chili cheese fries, hamburger not made to order, missing nuggets and garlic Parm nuggets that are farm from how they advertise. What a sad and disappointing night Wendy's has given me.

No lie, I had the best Jr Bacon Cheese Burger that ever existed! It was no joke straight out of a commercial! They were fast and clean as well.

The food was nice hot and fresh but… I had placed a mobile order for drive thru, and still ended up waiting twenty minutes… they had me pull forward and served like six other customers so I think they just forgot about me til a point. Won’t be back.
Edit: I also think it’s very telling how this business does not respond to any reviews, at all.

When asked about allergen ingredients they only replied that they had no idea and instead of finding out they said I could go look it up my self. ?? double thumbs down for bad service

Extremely slow employees - as in mentally challenged. Took 10 minutes to have someone take our order, once they called our name they then immediately said “oh wait we don’t have your food, it’s gonna be a while”. Once we got food the order was completely wrong. Horrible, mentally slow employees.

Ordered 2 biggie bags, one bacon double burger and the other was chicken blt. One of the beef patties was under cooked but other than that the meals were good.
