I <3 food trucksOrdered the ribs and slaw and both bbq sauces. Ribs were thick and great without sauce & equally great with! (tangy red or mustard sweet)Slaw was good & crunchy, not too sweetNot sure where the 'bison' was. Saw pork & beef only

The brisket and the the Hot Mess Sandwich were both delicious. Customer service was amazing. Wherever they are set up, it is worth the trip. YUM!!!

We had the Hot Mess sandwich which consisted of pulled pork topped with mac & cheese and coleslaw. We tried all of the BBQ sauces with it! Fabulous food!'

The food was delicious and we received amazing customer service. We showed up just as they were closing and we were still graciously served. The pulled pork and wings were perfectly cooked and the Mac and cheese was delicious. Thank you White Bison BBQ & Grill for the wonderful dinner and kindness.
