The server sailor was absolutely fantastic, she was respectful and got my food out fast and perfect. She even helped me with one of her coworkers who was a total asshat. Honestly, if she doesn’t get a raise the managers don’t know what they’re doing.

Love the food but drive through needs some work. I waited 17 minutes just for a #1! I got to the window, paid, and then got an ice cream instead of my meal (my fault for not paying attention to the price) so I paid again this time for my meal but wasn’t refunded for the ice cream or didn’t get the ice cream.. lolit’s a good place, love the food but employees need to pay more attention and move faster!!

I've been sitting in the drive through for half an hour! And at the window for 7 minutes, still haven't even been greeted! Customer service is definitely not important to these people! I actually went to Wendys, got my food, and when I drove past this place the people behind me were still at the window! No such thing as flat did at this place!

Love their dogs but the "presentation" is just wrong. Doesn't look appealing at all. Drive thru takes awhile even if its just one vehicle. I don't mind that but pleeeaaase work on presentation!

Unbelievably slow. Poor customer service. Poorly managed.
