Very delicious! Kids meals are cheap and high quality - normal meals are cooked so well and have great flavors
This food was SO GOOD!!! I had the Japanese wagyu and my husband had their halibut. We also had the risotto as a starter. For dessert we had the creme brulee. The food is very high price though. This restaurant is located at the Gateway Canyon Resort and this restaurant is a fine dining restaurant. So just know that the food will be expensive. The portions are very small. I was able to eat everything which is rare. Lol. I'm usually taking a to-go box. But as you'll see in the pictures, we ate everything because it was so good! And my husband loved their dinner rolls. He ate like 6 of them lol. The staff was very friendly and it was a nice and quiet atmosphere.
Wonderful service! But do not do the 5 Course Tasting for $300($450 with one drink each plus tax/tip) The food and portions were ridiculous. We had absolutely no choice in the items received. The restaurant itself is a much better experience, better prices and better choices. I believe it has simply gone downhill from previous years. The resort itself is gorgeous , but the food at the 2 restaurants is very disappointing ? The watermelon, as shown below was $16 and not that tasty.
This was the restaurant you needed reservations for. Typically I see that as it is high demand and the dishes reflect that. Not the case. Very limited menu and although the food was decent it was not worth the price paid. Paradox has a better menu and pricing so eat breakfast here but don't bother with dinner.
Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Server Randy made a good recommendation to try the halibut over a rib eye when I asked. Not an extensive number of entrees, four or five, but not in the height of the season
Best ribeye I’ve had in a long time! Service was great, staff super friendly and delicious food.
Good wine list, but the food (mains) are hit or miss. Friendly knowledgeable staff and the views are nice.
We had an excellent meal at Estrada. The service was great, the atmosphere was great and above all the food was great!!!
Great lunch spot. There were 16 of us on a motorcycle tour and stopped there for lunch - with a reservation! Everyone thought the food was great, the atmosphere cozy. I very much enjoyed the Caesar salad! Excellent!
A long way to go for a meal. Food is good, not exceptional. Service is ok as the resort uses intern students to do the work. For remote western Colorado, it is ok, but do not go out of your way to get here.

More high end than its sister restaurant, this place offers really delicious food in a more upscale setting. Did this one less frequently than Paradox because we traveled with kids, but they were very accommodating to kids and offered Smores grilling on the patio, which the littles loved.
Had a fabulous grilled salmon here. Beautiful surroundings, great service. We stayed a week our company hosted breakfast every morning at this restaurant. What a beautiful place
Hardly trained servers, got the orders wrong including could barley speak English, and they call them selvesa high end resort!!!
The smoked brisket hash was really good for breakfast. Danee was attentive and provided great service. Dinner of blackened salmon and the turkey club were great.
Ate here once on our four day stay ( it was shut for two of them ! ) .. High quality cooking with high priced wines. We had the pork belly and Halibut as mains .. They were both excellent. Service was impeccable.. Recommended.
