Amazing hazelnut bites and "grand Marnier" bite. Cute magnets, bowls and cups too!
Incredible service from the gentleman working today. He couldn’t find the whipped cream and without even asking, went into the back to whip up some homemade. We will be back!

While traveling the country across from California, I stopped in the little town of Georgetown, Colorado. While stretching my legs throughout the downtown area, I stumbled Georgetown Valley Company, a local mom and pop sweetooth center. Now I'm not much of a sweetooth guy, but we only live once. As soon as I walked into this establishment, the aroma, the atmosphere of this place was captivating. As I walked through the door, a very hospitable Glory approached me, saying, "Hi, welcome in. What's itching at your sweetooth today?" And proceeded to give a history lesson of the town and the roots of the Georgetown Valley Candy Co. After the history lesson, I decided on ice cream, which she recommended the Butter Brickle flavor. And I'll say this much, it wasn't a disappointment, and itched that sweetooth of mineWhile traveling the country across from California, I stopped in the little town of Georgetown, Colorado. Delicious candy & super friendly staff! They were super accommodating in helping us find some chapstick. We will be back! A must see spot in Georgetown.
Diverse selection of candy, souvenirs, and knick-knacks. A lot of mugs. If you go in, be sure to look up!
Extremely good ice cream!!
Showed up based on a recommendation. Delicious ice cream, and Glory was particularly helpful in our desire to obtain 2 of each cinnamon candies for comparison - separating them out for us so we could keep track of which was which.

Very cute candy/souvenir shop! I found some of my favorite candies! Strawberry bon bons and butterscotch candies! They also have very good fudge and salt water taffy! My only complaint which is no fault of the shop is that half of the butterscotch candy I got was sour or just tasted off so I didn’t get to enjoy as many as I wanted. But that is no fault of the shop itself they don’t make it!
Kid-friendliness: Kids would love this shop they have lots of toys and sweets!

During our delightful trip to Colorado, we stumbled upon the charming Georgetown Valley Candy Co., and we can't recommend stopping in this whimsical town enough! This sweet little shop feels like a nostalgic journey back in time, where the air is filled with the delightful scent of homemade fudge and caramel corn.
The ice cream is nothing short of EXXXXXCCCELLENT—each scoop is a creamy dream that perfectly complements a post-hike treat. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like a kid in a candy store, quite literally! With a plethora of flavors and a cozy atmosphere, it’s the ideal spot to indulge and unwind.
If you find yourself in the area, make sure to pop in for a scoop (or two) and experience the magic for yourself. Georgetown Valley Candy Co. is a must-visit gem that adds a sprinkle of sweetness to any adventure! ?✨

This was such a wonderful place to stop on our trip around Colorado. The owner and candymaker was incredibly kind and even gave us some free samples of the candy. We tried the ice cream, taffy, hard candy and truffles. All of them were handmade and delicious! We will definitely come back next time we're in town and order some online in the meantime :)
