Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

Missing item in my delivery order. Called and the punk who answered said “yeah we didn’t have that item it should have said that online” it obviously did not.
I call back the following day and Sunny said their DM would do my refund.
Lies
Call back after the 3-5 business days they said they would take for my return to drop.
Still hasn’t.
I call back once more and talk to the “GM Betty”who tells me my refund has in fact not even been put in but she assured me she was doing it then. Another week has gone by and still nothing.

I’m convinced no one worth a shit professionally works here.

FOOD QUALITY ON ITEMS I DID RECEIVE GARBAGE

Attached photos of my stale buffalo chicken wrap. Naked tenders, no buffalo sauce in sight. Hard wrap not even capable of actually wrapping the contents. Barely any contents

The team forgot multiple items in the order and the ones they did remember weren’t right. If ordering from here, absolutely double check what you received before you drive off.

They were nice at the counter but they didn't seem to care much about doing rheir job. They forgot my cheese curds entirely and that was really the only thing i went for. Took me almost 2 hours to get there and home during rush hour traffic and i didn't even eat the food i did have because i was so upset abou them ruining my order and it taking 2 hours just to get jipped. Never going here again.

Honestly I called six times and I can prove it no one answer then when I get to the location they are ready to take my order this is ridiculous why have a phone number that f you don’t utilize the phone ????

First time going to a Buffalo Wild Wings and my experience was great! Friendly and funny staff! The food was great and quick to come out 10/10 will be back!

I’m normally not a big BWW fan but this experience turned me into a loyal customer. My friend and I arrived shortly before close. To be honest I was expecting them to be disgruntled. To my surprise the employees were incredibly welcoming and even opened the door for us. The two young men(cashier and cook) were extremely friendly and recommended we get the wings crispy and the fries “wild”. Both recommendations were amazing. Wings were perfectly cooked. By far my best experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings hands down!

Ordered online for pickup. Arrived at store and there is literally no employees. I'm calling and calling excuse me. hello .no one. I wait 9 minutes before someone shows up. Two guys cone in from the back. I get home my food is a mess. More sauce than wings box is so soggy the box literally collapsed when I took out of the bag. Horrible experience. Will never order from here again.

food was fine, we had to wait around 30 mins for our food to be prepared which sucked. they messed up on our burger but told us and gave us free tots and dessert though !
