I just want to shout out the AMAZING customer service I received today at Cafe Rio! From the moment I walked in, Kristen went above and beyond to make the whole experience great. She was super friendly, full of energy, and made me feel like more than just another customer in line. The way she carried herself honestly made the vibe of the whole restaurant better.

You don’t always get service where someone actually makes your day better, but she really did. Her positivity and attention to detail stood out big time. Cafe Rio is already a favorite spot because of her, but this kind of service takes it to the next level. Give her all the hype because she deserves it—she made the experience 10/10!

cant even get a doordash order correct, missed 50% of my order, put incorrect ingredients in my fiances order. do yourself a favor a buy chipotle

It was great, everyone was friendly and helped us quickly. The food turned out great as well. The vibe was super fun, and wasn't too loud so we were able to talk and have fun. Overall would definitely recommend!

My friend just bragged about this place, best food ever...I was truly disappointed. Server just assumed i wanted Pinto beans had to redo plate with black beans. Sweet pork was not good at all, just my preference i guess. But nice people and easy location to get to.

Placed online order, picked up and got home and literally no chicken in burrito, just rice and beans. Apparently you need to be standing in front of them as they make it so the have to put chicken in it otherwise they cheat you as you wont notice til you get home. Lost another customer cafe rio, good job 👏

Good salad in a cheesy tortilla bowl which is unique. And the worker late on Wednesday night was super friendly.

We Mobile ordered in the food was good. They pack their food for mobile orders better than most places. We choose the avocado corn salsa instead of regular picante sauce and there was no avocados in it at all. Not sure why it's called avocado corn salsa.

Amazing service and food! Ordered a huge centering order day of and Victoria helped immensely with making sure everything was perfect and organized. The food was amazing and everything was accurate to my order! Will be ordering again!

Both my friend and I were rushed while ordering and did not get what we wanted, the bill ended up being twice what I had tried to order. If the staff had taken one more moment to let me ask questions this would have been a 5 star review!
