The owner is a real piece of work... 40% extra cost, 60% less food.

I ordered for the first time in about 3 months. Queso/chips and a quesadilla.

Quest was a portion size cut in half of what it used to be. In fact everything was a fraction of what you used to receive. Corn salsa? Dry and worn out... queso in a big cup to match the bag of chips they send? NOPE - a fraction of the size they used to use. Chips? Disgusting... tasted like bleach... quesadilla?? Used to be packed and overflowing with meat... probably 80% less meat - the very center of the item had meat, the rest was just pure flour.

I WILL NEVER SUPPORT GREEDY BS LIKE THIS AGAIN. This owner is a genuine piece of work.

Im so speacheles; I just drop my food in the floor of the parkign lot. I was about to leave; and they come to my car and ask me if i want a need burrito. Well they make me a new one and bring it back to my car ❤️❤️Oliver the manager is so nice and kind. what a great service

Food is amazing and the people are amazing as well! However, the manager seems like he's a bit of an ass to his employees. I've seen the way he's talked to a few of his employees a few times and I cringed myself. I wouldn't speak to my employees that way. I'm giving 5 stars still for the food and great service the team gives!

We showed up to pick up an order an 9:10 and all the doors were locked and the employees were closing down the store when the sign clearly said the store closed at 10 the workers kept looking at us not acknowledging us at all and finally after about 5 min a worker grabbed our order unlocked the door handed it to us then locked the door again.

this review is mainly for MARIBEL, the most lovely server here. yes I love cafe rio and the flavors of their food is the best compared to similar places like chipotle etc, but I have to rave about Maribel ~ she went absolutely above and beyond to help me have the best experience. I had to request a fix to my food and she literally remembered my entire order in her head and brought it to my table… the entire time she took our orders originally she just had the best brightest energy and made us smile!! so sweet and pleasant. we were literally talking about how lovely she was.
please know that when you come to this Cafe Rio you will be taken care of well by her!! thank you Maribel!!

I still like café Rio, but please please please please bring back the cilantro lime vinaigrette for salads! The creamy vinaigrette is not even close to as good as the previous one.

We go into this Cafe Rio often. The night manager always seems to have a problem with us. We ask for extra sauce or extra meat knowing it’s going to be an extra charge. The manager will roll his eyes at us when we ask or give an attitude when we ask. Tonight we confronted him about him his attitude and he started yelling and screaming at us. Great customer service that was. Instead of trying to resolve the issue he decided to yell at customers. I had to be the one to tell him to stop yelling and just have someone else take care of us. I will be getting his name next time and adding to this review. Great job Cafe Rio
