Free chips and salsa after you sign up for their rewards program. EVERYDAY, just have to spend $5 dollars. Definitely worth it for a snack.

Starting off the boy with wavy hair who sat us was super nice. The server (male with gauges) took are drink order. A girl returned with are drinks. Then he came back to take are order and left. Same girl brought us are food. Thought it was a little weird that are server didn’t bring us the food. I ordered a 6oz sirloin. They gave me a thin piece of meet which looked more like hamburger meat than sirloin. I waited about 10 minutes before the server actually came to check on us and I let him know the meat didn’t look right and he said “they weigh 6oz. That’s just the way it comes”. He didn’t offer to remake it or get me anything else. This piece of meet didn’t look like a sirloin neither did it look anything like what is advertised. I tried the meat and it just didn’t taste right so I just left it. Asparagus was over season but that’s just a preference and potato’s were ok. Still one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant :(

I moved in the area recently. I like chili's, but unfortunately, , the first time there, bad bartender no personality, spoke to corporate , they offered me to go back. Even worst experience, i.m in the medical field.bartender : Raven , face looked like it was inflamed, especially around the nasel area. Very red, I asked her if she alright, I got a sudden rudeness who could not take a caring question?? It started Into an anger issue from this person?? Telling me I should not be asking questions like that??? I, being matured asked another server to get the manager, he comes out and decided to get things under control.I come to find out they are allowing their people to put on : Halloween makeup that can be mistaken for other medical issues. My question here is ,who does this!!!! I will say, I will never go back to this place at all again, nor waste my dollar in this place , people there are not fit to be serving and it has a very immuture,and mean setting. This place needs a full over hall change. Things are not right in this place!!!!

Very delicious food well cooked and customer service very friendly and very knowledgeable above everything am impressed with two pregnant waitress been active and working hard. The manager must acknowledge that hopefully. I will fully follow up about this soon.

Normally we get to Chili's a little earlier. But today it was already pretty crowded with at least two very noisy parties. Girls screaming sounding like they should have been cut off a drink or two ago. The dining room was cold, but the restrooms were really hot! Some HVC issues here. That's why atmosphere is less than stellar.
