Bland food. Fries were cold. Cuban sandwich was okay. Didn’t have iron beer. Waitress took our drink order, disappeared, then the doorman retook our drink order and our food order. She came back with the check. Completely underwhelmed.
I usually love this place and was excited to take a friend here for the first time. Sadly, I think the server was in a horrible mood. He was heavy sighing and not at all up for answering questions pressuring us to hurry up when he had just stepped in less than 5 minutes prior. Im not sure if he was unduly burdened as the only bartender with no servers. I even apologized for taking a few moments at reading through the menu as I could tell he was impatient with us to leave. It really ruined the experience and made my friend not want to come here, which is such a bummer as I love it here.

The food is amazing! There are so many flavors to choose from (and lots of garlic). We found this place over the summer and love it every time we come in. The mojitos are fantastic too!

My wife and I were looking for a place to have lunch and saw Cuba Cuba, and decided to stop and give it a try. Best decision ever! The customer service is superb!!!! Aaron was unbelievably friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we wanted. And ..... he made us the best coffee we have EVER had!!! Justin, the district regional manager just happened to be there and was beyond friendly and helpful and also made sure we were very well taken care of!!! I don't write reviews often, but when I visit a place that truly goes above and beyond for their customers, I have to tell!!! Great Job Cuba Cuba. We will be back!

Waited for 45 mins and the waiter never placed our order. There were 4 other people seated, so the restaurant was not busy. The waiter took out all of the tables meals and never checked-in with us. Finally we asked about our food when he admitted that he never placed our order. Completely unprofessional and what a waste of time.
I work for a company which caters lunches for 100 employees three times per week. Cuba Cuba is a favorite for everyone — the employees love the food and I love working with Justin Knudson on the orders, billing and set up. We actually worked out an annual contract which allowed us to receive a discount. They are extremely accommodating when we’ve had to make changes and have jumped in with an additional last minute order when necessary. I highly recommend Cuba Cuba!

I recently ordered catering. Justin was as nice as can be. In fact, all of the stuff was great - Eric and Aaron too. They were flexible with ordering and changes and so kind in return. I have ordered 3 times from Cuba Cuba and will definitely order catering again.
