Kelly (manager at Cuba Cuba) went above and beyond to turn a frustrating experience into an incredible one. After two failed UberEats delivery attempts and a three-hour wait, she not only fully refunded our order but personally delivered the food herself and included a $25 gift card as a thoughtful gesture. Kelly is truly amazing and set a high bar for customer service! Despite UberEats being at fault here, she made it a priority to make things right for the customer (which was so appreciated because I was starving at that point)!
And food is ALWAYS 10/10 no matter what you order.
However, be cautious when ordering Cuba Cuba through UberEats, as you won’t have direct access to the delivery driver, which can make the process a little unreliable at times.

We are big fans of Cuba Cuba and order it weekly but I wanted to give a shoutout to a Manager, Kelly, who really went above and beyond with our order yesterday. It appears as there was some misfortune, and without getting too deep into details, our food order took longer than expected. Kelly took matters into her own hands and made sure that our food order was delivered by hand asap. Its rare to see someone in a managerial position go to the lengths Kelly did to have our food be a high priority. This is our favorite Cuba Cuba location and after working with Kelly, its clear why its such a special location. We are even bigger fans after what could have been a very poor experience. Shoutout Kelly!

Ordered pickup, brought it home to find two, much smaller, sandwiches. As this was only my second time trying Cuba Cuba. I was left confused. Pictures from another review confirm the bread is not the same. Instead, they gave us stale hoagie rolls. No price adjustment was offered either. I’m so disappointed.

The food was great, the breaded fish rocked, as did the habanero slaw, fried yucca and the Cubano. The beans were great, tostones were legit as well. Tenian malta! (Aunque they had an Hatuey logo on display but the malta was a brand I had never heard of). I wanted to try the media noche, but when I read the bread was brioche it kind of put me off, so I ended up going with the Cubano instead. Still, great food, worth a try. Parking is a bit limited, so maybe try going at off peak times

They gave away my order to somebody else, which took $10 out of my Uber eats paycheck. And the lady bartending said sorry it's not a perfect system. Well it is if you verify the order number not just let anybody come in and grab anybody's name.

I placed an order for delivery to be delivered to my hotel room with specific instructions to knock on my room door. This was the worst experience possible.
1.) The food was late 2.) The food was very cold, including the coffee 3.) The food was left in the common area of the lobby by a drink station. 4.) Messages left on ordering number as well as restaurant number to rescind the driver's tip since he/she did not deliver to me specifically.
It is totally unacceptable for the food to be cold; not cool, but refrigerator cold, (I have no way of heating, as the Hyatt Place has no microwaves in rooms) when the restaurant is LESS than one mile away.
I am from Miami and was looking forward to enjoying authentic Cuban food; according to the reviews. Disappointment doesn't begin to describe how I feel about wasting my money and having to suffer and eat that garbage. DO NOT order delivery from here. At least dining in you can send cold food back! Will Not order again nor recommend this location.
