Zero stars if possible. This is the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. Food is wrong, drinks don’t taste right, not to mention, if you order more than 3 items they tell you to go inside to pay and wait bc they don’t want to hold up the line. Yet, inside, 2 of the 4 workers are sitting in the waiting area not working - no wonder it takes forever. 20 min wait inside for 3 breakfast sandwiches. Horrible operation- do something about it Dunkin. It’s embarrassing.

I have came here multiple times trying to give them another chance because they are so close to my house and very convenient location. I am extremely disappointed every single time. There customer service is absolutely terrible very unfriendly and just rude. Plus the food and drink is never actually good.

This location is the worst. The staff always acts like we are annoying them. The food is subpar at best and they have literally been out of donuts for the door dashers. Avoid this location. There is a Starbucks just north of this location.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service continues to be extremely slow whether you order through the mobile app, drive-through, or in-store. Even for simple orders like a single donut and a sandwich , they often forget items, so I always have to double-check my bag. The lines move painfully slow, and some of the staff have been quite rude. It feels like there’s a serious lack of management or organization here. Definitely disappointing compared to other Dunkin’ locations.

Idk why i keep trying at this location. Wake up wraps: the eggs are always still frozen in the middle. Hash browns: always soggy and cold. Pink frosted donut with sprinkles: never once has had a sprinkle, it’s usually an old glazed donut dipped in the frosting when I order it so it’s just a sloppy wet old bread. I need to stop trying, I only went today for national coffee day free coffee with purchase but the cold hash browns ruined my morning (not really but almost lol)

I have been to hundreds of Dunkin’ Donuts and this has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. The service is poor. The drive through takes years. The food is always sub par and for a DD, that’s even worse. Do better management and franchise owner, this place has been open far long enough to have gotten your acts together. Deplorable
