Hana Matsuri Omakase Glendale

Good, but the Lakewood location has a better menu. I work near the Lakewood location and have loved the Hot Rock salmon for years, and thought they have the best fried rice in Denver. I was surprised to see that these items aren't even on the menu in Glendale, which is near my home. I'll stick with Lakewood.

The 830-close (10pm) happy hour is fantastic. We found this place on a whim on our way home. Love that it was open late and the tuna was incredible!!! Will be back soon.

It was so good we don't have photos. . . The food went too fast to snap photos!!! Loved the black dragon role, gyoza, yellowtail app, wasn't crazy for the tuna flight but it was well-crafted. All fresh and delicious. Kind, attentive service. Temp in the restaurant was perfect. All 4 of us at lunch enjoyed the experience of a meal here.

So yummy 😋 so fresh. I had one of the lunch specials with chefs choice and all was amazing!

Mediocre sushi for high prices.

Loved this spot. Our server, Alix or Alex, was awesome. Loved having ample bluefin options. The mini 5 piece Omakase was perfect given that we like to get a little adventurous, without committing our whole meal to unknowns. Bright and beautiful space! Do recommend and we will be back.

We had a choice in this plaza and we picked the right restaurant. The service, food and experience were amazing. I strongly recommend coming and experiencing it for yourself.

Shocked by the outstanding reviews - The sushi was just okay but very expensive for the quality.

First experience here and from being greeted at the door, to our very attentive server Stephen, and finally to our award winning Chef Duy, it was hands down one of the best sushi experiences I've ever had. Chef Duy is amazingly creative, social throughout, knowledgeable, and cooooooks. Dude is a culinary BEAST. Can't wait to go back. Do the omakase experience.

Prices are very reasonable especially given what restaurants are charging these days. We went at a busy time so they could have used more servers to cover the number of tables.The food, other than the miso soup, was delicious.

Well, the first time I visited here, I was very impressed. The sashimi was excellent. I was a bit worried because the restaurant was mostly empty and I was worried about them.

Then I went back a 2nd time as I had a craving for some sushi. I saw a big bright OPEN sign early on a Thursday evening, and saw people inside, so I was happy to see that.

Went inside to get a spot for myself at the sushi bar only to learn they were CLOSED for some private event (that I should have lied and said I was a part of... But I'm not a liar), to the point the hostess made me feel like an idiot for not noticing the side sign stating that the restaurant was closed for a private event.

That's fine, but, maybe turn off the giant bright sign that said OPEN.

What a shame because my first time there was good, and I'd go back... but I'm off-put especially by the hostess making me feel dumb. Do better.

Absolutely delicious sushi! The staff is professional and friendly. Beautiful restaurant. I highly recommend it!
