at 10 AM i ordered a pick up order : combination of a catered box of sandwiches and individual sandwiches and I picked them up at 11:30 AM and they were sitting there ready to go for me. So easy and delicious!

I was walking across the street just a few minutes ago and the manager decided to keep on going and almost hit me with his car.. Instead of him driving how he should have been he was to busy looking down at his phone while his car was still moving forward. And when I turned around to see if he was going stop he said something smart and drove off....Thank God I moved out of the way...

This place has some terrible reviews but my experience was good. The sandwich was correct and matches the quality I expect from Jimmy John's. The service was a little on the slow side for a sandwich shop but as long as you're not in a hurry it's solid.

It’ll be nice to get some help especially when it’s your first time trying out Jimmy John’s. Use your common sense. No salad? Cool then why not offer the unwhich 🤦🏽‍♀️ instead I felt rushed with only one other customer in line in back of me. Quick to make a sale and take your money but no customer service whatsoever.

This place is greedy with their ingredients if I would have known they only add two thinly slice of protein lol Go to another deli save your time and money.

Usually the food is good, but never good enough to make up for the 50-60 minutes I typically wait for a delivery. For context, this is the closet JJ to my office, 1.3 miles(!!!) down the road.

idk I had a perfectly fine experience here. I did mobile order so I didn't wait in any line, and I didn't deal with any employees much less rude ones. My order was ready 7 minutes after I placed the mobile order. It was the correct order. Maybe y'all need to learn to use food apps to place orders ahead of time, then you won't have long lines to wait in

Order is always right, but “freaky fast” means it takes anywhere from 45-60 minutes for delivery. I always use the JJ’s app. I’ve never gotten an order from here delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Once it got to be over an hour, so I called the store. It took 4 calls with excess ringing for someone to answer. Today, I placed my order at 1:11pm, at 1:54pm I got notification it’s out for delivery, & it arrived at 2:14. Insane. Jokes on me for continuing to order from here I guess.

Just walked into this location on June 19th at 630 pm and the only gentleman behind the counter saw me my son and wife his demeanor changed and he instantly started shaking his head and mumbling under his breath horrible customer service if I ever seen it and took my business to smash burger instead hopefully dude gets fired for treating customers this way I understand the frustration of being alone on a job like that but anytime I ever found myself in that situation I took it as a way to show how great I was dude needs to be taught when stuff gets hard either dig deep and don't treat people any different.

worst service i’ve ever got at a jimmy john’s. the guy in the front put my order in wrong and when I asked to make sure my sandwich was coming they told me that was my sandwich and that was what I ordered. it wasn’t and then they gave me attitude about having to make another sandwich. 10/10 would not recommend coming to this location unless you want the workers giving you attitude for their mistakes.
