I've been in the biz-- very good food and service!! Friends have been going to this location for a decade or two. I've been frequenting for about three years and every time very good food (chile relinos, rice) and excellent service plus good prices -- three relinos for $17 then I added rice for $3.50 I think Yummy!

I would frequent this location at least weekly but after the last 2 experiences I’ve had, I will not be coming back. Staff/management intentionally separates certain customers from the main dining area. If the main dining room is seemingly empty yet you’re sat in the completely empty bar area, the service is horrible as staff acts as if you’re not even there - they do not want you there and do not want to serve you.
I’ve been sat here my last 2 visits. Last time, wait staff did not come to the table until I had been there for 20 minutes and was getting up to leave. I gave them another chance this time and noticed the same thing. I watched as multiple customers came in (table faced a window in front of the front doors) and were seated in the main dining area, I was the only customer sat in the bar area the time I was there. The restaurant was not busy, tables were not full in the main dining room. This was and is very intentional - maybe because I was dining solo, maybe because I look different from their usual clientele

I was so excited to get a Mexican Hamburger 🍔 while I was in Denver but it was so salty 🧂. I'm not sure if it was the green chili or the actual burger.

Excellent restaurant weight staff is very attentive. Can be a little noisy inside, so we sat on the patio, which was great! Made me feel like I was on vacation in Cozumel. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it.
I live in central Denver and this is a first for me. But I will be here many more times. The food is absolutely first rate top-notch. The service is excellent. The ambiance and energy in this place is amazing. Five stars absolutely
