Ordered dinner and it was delivered by carrier on time but the food was burnt and looked like it came out of the freezer. I called to get a credit and was told I would get a credit but to this day there has been no credit.

Ordered to-go. Food was absolutely terrible (Honey Chicken + Beef and Broccoli). Tasted like microwaved meals. Chicken was slimy and the Beef made us nearly sick.Strongly do NOT recommend, at the $50 price point for two awful entrees. Could've had better food if I'd literally bought a TV dinner and microwaved it.

I am so disappointed!! The quality of the food has changed. Ordered crab wontons and the crab meat was extremely fishy. We threw them away. I ordered my favorite chicken lettuce wraps. They have gone downhill. Didn’t end up finishing anything we ordered. What a waste of $50. Make sure you check out the reviews!! ?

Ordered $76 worth of food and threw dang near all of it away. Food was cold and tasted old. Sesame chicken tasted like it had been cooked hours ago, fried rice also was hard. Would not

Although I appreciate the restaurant being open, I wish the food that I picked up was better. It was so dry that we left half of it and eventually threw it out. It's better if you go to the full restaurant, the food is delicious there.

The description of LoMein does not say "More garlic than you expect", or, "Our meat and seafood comes precooked to ensure a jerky-like texture", but this is exactly what I got.My tastebuds got blown out by the amount of garlic and the beef, chicken and shrimp were truly like jerky.Won't order from PFChang's again. Waste of money.

This was the first time we tried this location and I was very disappointed. The rice was hard and undercooked. The potstickers had no flavor, even when we drowned them in the sauce that came with them. For $70 for dinner for two I was very underwhelmed!

My food was cold when it arrived and the beef is old and tough. It tastes like it has been sitting under a heat lamp all day.

PF Chang's To Go was new to me. It's primarily a pick-up / delivery place, so it's small, but there are some tables if you choose to eat in. I ordered at the counter and got prompt and attentive service from Ashton. Food was good as any of their regular sit-down restaurants. Meals were freshly made (no delivery lag time) and tasty. Signature Lo Mein Combo was right on the mark and Mongolian Beef was tender with firm stir fried veggies - just enough crunch to be pleasant. When I had a payment technology problem, the manager stepped up to work it out. Kudos to Ashton and Daryian for their efforts.

We ordered Chili Garlic Green Beans,Spicy Mongolian Chicken bowl and BBQ Pork Spareribs. We got a Chicken Bowl instead of a Mongolian Chicken Bowl, the ribs were under done and our bill came out to $34.50 + 2.76 for a total of $37.26. We later found out looking at our credit card they later added a $5.18 tip after we paid the what was on the ticket, this was not a gratuity, it says tip. A tip is given not taken.

The food was great except the brown rice was under cooked.

We love the full-service P.F. Chang's in Park Meadows, so we were excited when we saw the Glendale location that's 10 minutes away from our house. The Glendale food was extremely greasy and the portions were tiny. The $24.00 Mongolian beef was dry and left my husband hungry because it was so small. He literally would have needed another MB entire entree to be satisfied. The chicken lo mien tasted like grease because it was coated in grease instead of sauce. We threw half of it away because it was inedible, which says something because my husband was still hungry. The $18 sesame chicken was overcooked, drenched in sauce to cover-up that was overcooked, and barely enough for my 10 year old neice. The extra $4 for fried rice instead of white rice added grease and a bit of barely flavored soy sauce.

Ordered takeout and it was absolute garbage. My dog wouldn’t even eat it so it went in the trash. It’s unbelievable that a restaurant would allow that kind of quality to go out the door. Undercooked, no sauce, and smelled funky. I can’t believe PF Changs puts their name on this location. Any dollar a scoop place is 10 x better than this place. I contacted the store and asked for a refund and they said a manager would call me back but that never happened. After reading reviews it’s clear that the this is the standard for this location. If they don’t get their act together quickly this place will be out of business very soon.

P F Chang's used to be top notch when it came to their food. My last 2 deliveries were horrible. I ordered their chicken Lo mien on separate occasions & each tome the chicken was so overcooked and dry, I simply threw it out. Apparently, they'll hire anyone to cook for them now. I'll never order from them again.
