Waited nearly 10min in the drive thru for just a coffee and a latte and when I walked inside because it was taking so long the drive thru employee said "I was literally about to give it to you, patience is a virtue my friend." The rudeness was unprompted and unnecessary, I recommend a manager speak to this employee to fix their attitude. Usually I'm satisfied with this location but was disappointed this morning.

The turkey chili used to be great, full of chunky veggies. This new chili only has recognizable kidney beans and is very generic, not very good. Today I ordered it and aa Asiancsesame chicken salad that arrived with stale crisps and some brown lettuce. I'll reconsider next time I think about coming here. This is subpar compared to normal food quality and very bad for how expensive it is.

The chili was fantastic! I enjoyed the half sandwich and soup combo. Lemonade tied it together well. The servers waxed poetic about their favorite dishes and were very up beat.

Employees are rude and careless. The lady at the cash register was extremely rude and not helpful to a customer doing his best to explain what he wanted, as English was not his first language. I was standing at the mobile order pickup counter, watching another employee look at me and disregard me standing there. He continued to talk to his co workers, and finally came to ask if I need anything after about 3 minutes. He almost dropped my order in my hands and walked away without saying anything. Will not be going here again.

I asked my bf to go pick up my order today because I am in classes online and sick and when he got there they asked him what was in the order a what my last name was he even had to go as far as showing them our texts to prove he wasn’t stealing. My bf is of a darker complexion and the fact he couldn’t just walk in and say my name and get out order is so wrong, do better when it comes to racial profiling people.

The server at the drive through seemed tired and annoyed. She audibly sighed when I asked to have an apple instead of a baguette for a side. I felt more like an inconvenience rather than a customer.

So it's been not quite a year since I last visited a Panera. And it was this location I last was at. I don't know what's going on but the sandwich sizes have RADICALLY been reduced. I like to get the bacon turkey bravo. When the guy put it up on the counter, I immediately thought this was a joke. If they did kids meals I would use a sandwich this size for that. It's like a quarter of a sandwich. And it's 10.69 for a tiny bag o chips and a quarter sandwich. I was still hungry. The loaf size is like half the size as it was before. It's fricken crazy. I Didn't get a drink. My wife got conned into this weird 2 pick thing which we're still confused about. She got a baby sandwich also and a "half salad" 30 bucks!!!! And the audacity to ask for a tip is laughable. I will say Panera has changed a LOT and unfortunately this experience will be our last visit. Corporate is getting greedy as hell. People are getting fed up with this BS. Everyone should stop giving money to companies like this.

I drove here and found they only have 30 minute retail parking. Not worth my time. I don't go there to stand in line and then hurry out again within 30 minutes. I was about to renew my Sips Club membership too... not today.

If I could give Kayla 5 stars, I would. Everyone else gets 1 star simply because they treated her so unkindly, and were comfortable doing it in front of customers.

Mistreatment in the workplace isn’t okay no matter who is watching, but it makes me wonder how they treat her when no one is there.

When I arrived to Panera Bread with my dad, no one was at the front. Eventually a woman in a blue shirt and headset started to take our order, then Kayla came over. I assume she was refilling the ice or something, because she had one of those large buckets that are typically used for that.

The blue shirt woman told her, in an unkind tone, that Kayla needs to be manning the cashier, and that she would do drive thru herself. Kayla said “oh I can’t do the drive?” and the woman said no. They looked at each other for a second, and the woman snatched the bucket out of her hand. While I didn’t see this next part because I was looking at the menu, my dad said that the woman smacked Kayla really hard on the leg. Absolutely not okay.

Later while I was eating, I noticed Kayla had a question/issue when trying to ring her up. Another employee came over to help her, and with a large sigh said “God, all you have to do is XYZ.” Kayla explained her confusion and the girl rolled her eyes and went back to doing what she was doing.

Like geez, give the girl a break. If all the employees were as kind as Kayla, I would gladly go back. But seeing her be berated and hit made the experience very unwelcoming, and I really feel bad for the girl. I hope that she can find a workplace where people are actually kind and she is valued, because she’s the only reason I would consider coming back.
