FYI I've been to 45 states over 39 major cities in the US . I've been frequenting Starbucks since 1997 my first one was sunset Blvd LA Hollywood. The folks who work at this Starbucks are literally some of absolute nicest and pleasant folks ever . And the boudling is very cool as well and the large patio is great in the warm weather. So many eclectic meetings I've encountered here . I can literally this Starbucks store in general is one my top ten Starbucks of the US literally. I could go on and on about this Starbucks but for now just sayin it come highly recommended when in the Glendale cherry area . Thanks again I don't know when I will be back in this area but when I am this is my local Starbucks absolutely marvelous ?. Happy New Year .

Phil is the rudest person I've ever dealt with at any Starbucks. Asked her a simple question to only get attitude and for her to roll her eyes at me. When asked for manager she told me Sydney isn't here and walked away. You can tell she doesn't enjoy her job and needs to find something more suitable for a snob. Sydney if you do see this I pray you have a talk with Phil and teach her proper customer service skills. You and your company would be better without her and her attitude.

Nova was very rude she took my payment and than stuck her hand inside my cup after handing me the change. I told her that she did wash her hands why would you be using the cup to make my drink. She totally rolled her eyes. I then asked for a manager no one on duty. Asked her to call store manager which she did. The store manager apologized and said she would follow up.

Four people behind me got their drinks before I did. The main worker was training two other people, which was fine, but once I saw the fourth customer behind me receive their drinks and leave, I was not happy. I walked up to ask why people were getting their drinks made before me and magically mine was the next one to be made. One girl who was two people behind me had already gotten TWO of her drinks and been gone for over 15 minutes.I won't be back.

I am in customer service. But when you are giving the person your order and they are not even listening to your order and get it wrong! Maybe stay home if you are having a bad day! Not friendly staff

If I could put zero starts I would, the absolute b**** that was taking my order didn't even acknowledge my presence and kept talking to her coworkers while I stood there trying to order. Completely disrespectful and when she finally did do her job and take my order she kept cutting me off and had an attitude. This lady should burn in hell. She probably is like that from huffing all the nitrous they use for the whipped cream. Please fire this absolute disgrace to Starbucks.

I work nights & get off around 5:00am - 5:15am. I am often their first guest at 5:30am. They are very friendly here & hospitable. I appreciate them being here & the great service they provide.

I was at Starbucks the other day and witnessed the employees handle an extremely rude customer with kindness and respect. Those situations can be tough, especially when the person just wants to argue about issues that are out of the employees control. Even though it was no inconvenience to me, they insisted to make my drink at no charge all while keeping an awesome attitude and a smile on their face! Keep up the great work ☺️

I come here pretty often and the service is always efficient, friendly and great! This specific morning my mind was all over the place and I ordered my drink without specifying it as iced - I was in the drive through and by the time I noticed of course I was at the window being handed a warm drink. I let my attendee know and she was so nice, helpful and didn't make me feel bad at all. They quickly fixed my drink and the plus is I got to chat with her for a few minutes and she was telling me about some theater show that I'll def be checking out. Great experience every day but especially today - thank you guys!

People outside the Starbucks beg for money. Now, I walk into the Starbucks and profiled and discriminated, because of how I look. Then, when I mention, the baristas say they don't notice issues at their store. Guess what, the baristas are more interested in managing the cars outside than your order. Starbucks corporate will not take and act on complaints. I have made in the past, where I was refused service at Starbucks downtown after asking to use the bathroom first, because they profile. I get thrown out for not ordering first. They think I am homeless. I have spent over $500 in the past two years at Starbucks. No more. I hope people read my review, because you do not deserve to be treated this way. Who is the manager of this store? Shame on Starbucks!
