Doesn't open at 4:30!am. Server kinda rude too. Change hours to 5:00am.
Worst service, asked for a chocolate croissant extra toasted, they served a croissant hard as Rock and all burned out. Madeline one till Expiration date, and they expect to tip them.

I interacted with James, Lily, and Daisy today when I got my drink. They were incredibly kind and made my experience great! Will definitely be back

Bad service. Unfriendly. Looked like they were trying to close 2 1/2 hours before closing time. Usually go to standalone stores like this to get better service and more comfortable atmosphere but this crew made every effort to make me feel as unwelcome as possible.

I went today July 25th 2025 at 1:12pm I ordered a strawberry crème frappe they lady got an attitude and said it’s not coffee when I never said it was I was just asking if I was just pronouncing “crème “ right, and they instead made the strawberry matcha. When she went to hand it to me it’s like she tossed it to me. I have posted the pics of what I ordered and what they gave me. I was rushing so I didn’t complain(also I like this drink as well) but the attitude from all 3 workers was not needed.

Very rude
I’ve been DISCRIMINATED at this location twice now! 😡 once was over a year ago and then today~ she was so friendly to the car in front of me telling them happy Mother’s Day chatting their ear off and then when I rolled up to the window, she didn’t even acknowledge me just put the little payment thing out the window and handed me my coffee No words exchange. I said thank you. Still nothing. I was treated the exact same way the last time but they are friendly to other customers. This is literally the definition of discrimination. (I dress more messy/I work w animals, that is why). I’ve also had something similar happen at the Panera bread close to this location not sure what’s wrong with the people working on Colorado Boulevard??? but yall should treat ALL CUSTOMERS the same .

Asking name but do not write it correctly.
The best experience I’ve had at Starbucks! The staff was upbeat and very accommodating. I believe the guy at the register was Michael and the girl that was working with him on the afternoon of 11/22 were both great! Wished I lived closer. This would be my go to store for sure! Will be visiting again next time I’m in the Cherry Creek area.

Here’s why I don’t like STARBUCKS in general. Their coffee tastes burnt. They built a huge business making young people obese by selling drinks with lots of sugar. I went in to get a holiday drink they no longer make - an Egg Nog latte. Not enough sugar I guess? At the Super Target across the lot - all of the SKUS of Egg Nog / both original and plant based are selling off the shelf. STARBUCKS is a corporate has-been.

This store is not my usual stop and is a very good place. As per Starbucks tradition the staff are all great and the coffee or tea is always great.

This is very predictably the same Starbucks experience as all other Starbucks.
Only the parking is much larger here than in most locations.
Seems like one of the busier locations for the drive thru.

I’d like to start by saying that we regularly go to this location and have only ever had excellent service in the past.
When we went in today (6/13) at around 7:40pm to pick up a mobile order, the drinks were ready very quickly despite there only being two baristas working. However, the drinks (two Frappuccinos) were filled by half whipped cream, half coffee, despite our instructions for light whip. (to be clear, a Frappuccino should never be half whipped cream anyway—that’s a scam and not up to Starbucks’s standards—but that’d besides the point)
This situation isn’t the problem though—miscommunication happens all the time. The issue arose when the barista who made the drinks proceeded to chat with a friend (who was not ordering) for 5+ minutes while we stood there trying to get her attention. When we eventually got the attention of the other working barista, Patrick, he was extremely helpful (even while he was manning both the front counter and the drive through during his coworker’s absence). He saw the issue with the order and said he’d get them remade.
When the original barista eventually got around to making the new drinks, she came over to us and began lecturing us on the fact that Frappuccinos have whipped cream on the top and bottom (we are aware of this. That is why we order light whip.) and stating that those were the drinks that we ordered.
When we explained that we understood and that normally when we order light whip here they either omit the bottom whipped cream entirely or put less overall, she stormed over to the order screen and angrily told us that she missed the light whip instructions.
When we finally got our drinks, they were very mediocre, and had basically no whipped cream (she was obviously annoyed by remaking them, even though that is Starbucks policy). By that point, we were just ready to leave, so we took the drinks and left.
I’ve never felt quite that condescended to by a Starbucks barista before. We’re very disappointed, especially as this could all have been avoided if she had read the drink instructions either of the times she made it, especially before lecturing us on her correctness.
TLDR: Barista was preoccupied with her friend while on duty. When we asked for our drinks to be remade, we were lectured on how it ‘should’ be made until she re-read the order for a third time and saw our instructions. End result: mediocre coffee)
