I went n got 2 subs and a salad bowl for my wife and I. When I got home with the food one sub had no lettuce the other sub had no veggies or sauce whatsoever and to top it all off the veggie bowl did not have lettuce or spinach and the veggies and meat were not cut up like they were supposed to be. Ive worked at subways before and will be reporting this to HR as it seem the employee working tonight is not only careless but also seemed to be in a rush for nothing at all.I was the only customer in the store and no he didnot have any other online orders. As soon as I left i noticed hed went to the back room and it sounded as if he was playing on his phone. Saturday november 8th 4:45pm

Ordered a roast beef sub and they did not put anything but the meat and cheese on it. They did not put any of the veggies when I asked for lettuce, pickle, onion and cukes and no mayo oil or vinegar. What a rip off! Never going to Subway again!

It was late, looked all cleaned/closed for the night, nope, the employee kept the place spotless & food fresh. She was kind & made the best meal from subway i have ever had. I wish I remembered her name bec she, needs to be a team lead/ subway trainer, if she isnt already. And it was my boyfriend's birthday so she reminded us of the birthday rewards and hooked it up. A+ Platinum service shout out!!

Stayed in line while 1 person was working on sandwiches, 1 lady said something after 5 mins of waiting then leaves for the day. It was me and 1 more person was there. No service was given. At least communicate that they are doing sandwiches for an order. Idk why people lack basic communication skills. I was on my lunch I waited 15 mins for service and got none. Then others came in after me. If someone communicated with me I would've left but at least I wouldnt have wasted my time on bad customer service.

No one was in the store but us. One employee working who made us wait for 10 min before he could take our order. Then another disgruntled customer came in yelling and then a junkie so we left and didn't wait to order. As we were leaving he said he was ready to take our order

Got ripped off tonight. Ordered a sandwich online, got a receipt for the sandwich that I ordered online from this store, went to go pick it up they had no idea where it was, so I lost a sandwich and my dinner while this girl stood there and looked at me like I had a third eye. I had the receipt in my hand. Don't ever order from the store they have no idea what they're doing
