I went in at 2 with only one girl in front of me and left the store at 2:40. Guy named Brandon was extremely high, red eyes, yawning, talking slow and slurring, almost burnt my sandwich, going back for no reason in the middle of making sandwiches. I used to work at subway. I understand this is Colorado and people have a right to smoke. But bro was on the job and taking hits of the penjamin in the back. This is very disappointing because this location never seems to hire good people and I’ve always had an issue with employees being intoxicated or extremely rude :(

I have to say this is one of the best subways I have been into I got help from the gentleman name Cisco he was amazing my sandwich tasted so good he made it just write his customer service was excellent he made our sandwich with nothing but fresh ingredients and we will be returning to that Subway for Cisco to make our subway again I think he deserves a raise I watched this man serve several customers and all with the smile even though some were really rude to him he still made their sandwich with a lot of love so if you want fresh ingredients and your sandwich to taste amazing go see Cisco

Please hire more staff!!! The pregnant girl ouloud said that she was definitely not going on break due to the amount of people walking in. Hee facial expressions and slamming of things in the back tell that she's not happy working here.

10/12/24 at 5pm, didn't receive half of my order so I tried to call the troglodytes to get a refund and they refused to pick up the phone despite calling more than 5 times. I'm going through my bank to get a full refund, don't waste your time with a subway that hires people who don't even know how to put shit in bags.

Real Deal

The man working in the store at this exact moment Friday afternoon at 5 o’clock needs to be fired. The way he talks to the customers is absolutely disgusting and he is filthy. Unsanitary Looking at on top of it. Poor attitude doesn’t say hello. Told me I arrived way too early for an order with a horrible attitude. Lost my service.

I tried to use a reward online via app or website and could not get it to work. Just kept saying to add missing item even though I had the required item in my bag. Also When i tried to call this location to get help figuring out why the code was not working no one would answer the phone and just let it constantly ring off the hook till a fax machine picked up. This is not good customer service at all and I probably won't order from here ever again since no one actually cared to get on the phone and help and there is no option for help online.

There’s a lady here working 09/08/24 at 12 when I came to try to pick up my online order she was extremely rude saying please don’t talk to me I’m busy which i understand but there’s no need to be rude. Telling everyone one with an online order that we have to wait longer even when our order is already ready. Most of us waiting for our online order are on our lunch breaks it’s a reason why we order online.

I ordered online thinking it would be faster and more efficient. This subway had one boy working on a Sunday afternoon. I walked in with another man already waiting for his 4 sandwich online order. The boy working was making sandwiches for the people that walked in. Another lady walks in and he’s still making the 1st online order. Everyone is just standing around staring at each other. It was very uncomfortable . All the while my daughter is blowing up my phone saying she got out of cheer practice early & another hangry child in the car. I understand that it’s not the boys fault that he’s working as a one man team on a Sunday at lunch time but this store really needs to take another look at their staffing. I have never ordered Subway online and don’t think I ever will ?
