Whoever the guy working alone and closing on April 10th messed up our order and ran out of the ingredients. He put stuff on my sandwich that I did not ask for and clearly did not care if he did it right or not. At least he only charged me for one sandwich instead of two. I was having a great day and I was so happy until this interaction. I didn’t even eat my food since this situation made me lose my appetite. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until tonight. I hope they fix it and teach their employees listening skills. Thanks for ruining my night.

I hope the management sees this that the gentleman closing this location on april 8th (I wish I knew his name) was super amazing. He definitely deserves some recognition. I really hate to show up to any place of service minutes before they close but I did tonight due to my work schedule and the gentleman closing was super nice about it and made sure he was accommodating and friendly and I tbh just really enjoyed actually talking to him for the brief moment we did. I don’t leave much feedback but I felt like I wantedto go out of my way to give him the credit. Hope yall see this. Thank u ??

Employee did not know what to put on the sandwich when I ordered by the number. He only put four slices of meat on the 6 inch. And they do not use the slice machine. It was on the counter and looked brand new. He got my 4 slices of meat out of a tray like the old subway. It was not sliced fresh in front of me like they claim they do now. They were also out of the foot long pretzels and cookies. I’ll stick with jersey mikes. At least they put meat on the sandwich. I do not recommend this particular Subway.

This place is a joke,do not order from here if you want everything you paid for,I ordered 2 sandwiches that were missing the meats,one of the sandwiches is called "cold cuts" which implies sliced meat and we got nothing. Shame on this branch of subway. Save your money and time,let this place burn out.

Don't bother coming here... Randomly closed during listed open hours, so decided to try again today. Open but... They don't have lids out for drinks. Had cookies obviously in the case but when ordered "sorry we're out." Coke and 2 other drinks out of syrup.Not worth spending your time and money here. They're other Subways nearby.

Mold in the bread container. Mold noted on the glass of the bread container that gets rolled in from the back. This is a health code violation. Clearly it's not being cleaned.

We waited 20 minutes just to finally give up and leave and go to Jersey Mike's, where we were greeted and served immediately! Subway only had one guy working with a line of ppl plus online waiting, while Jersey Mike's had 3 ppl working!! Much better service and the food is delicious!
